TUI BLUE Makadi Gardens

I went with my best friend and spent a wonderful 2 weeks in paradise. The hotel is so clean, the food fabulous, the staff are all amazing and friendly. They can't do enough to help you. It was one of the best if not the best holidays I have been on. We will be returning and can't wait.

This is my honest review of my recent holiday. Staff: Excellent! They are so attentive every single one of them. A credit to the hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, we found service at bar/pool/restaurant/reception/ beach ,faultless. Food: is of a very good standard. It is plentiful,hot and varied. I did not eat any meat products so cannot comment on those. The beach restaurant is also very good Room: This year I did not upgrade my room,I did regret this. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my room it just needed updating and a good deep clean. It was cleaned everyday and had everything I needed, but if like me you have 1 holiday per year and like the whole experience I would upgrade. Cleanliness: Throughout the hotel and actual resort it was excellent. Everything is spotless. Alcohol: Before people comment on my views. 1. I'm by no means a heavy drinker 2. I'm aware I booked a holiday in a Muslim country. However I found this really bad. Don't get me wrong on the whole the drinks are well presented etc but by the end of the first week I did crave a nice Gin and Tonic. The best drink I had was actually at the beach. Dine around: I never used any of these so can not comment. When we were there it became obvious that many other guests returned several times per year, so Makadi gardens must be doing something right!

We came here for 2 weeks and all we can say is WOW, there service was amazing, food was amazing and drinks were amazing!! We will definitely be back! All of the staff were brilliant!!  BIG shout outs to! Walid Ibrahim, Ahmed Said, Moustafa Atef, Hatem Mohamed, Eslam Mohamed, Mohammed Refaat, Mahmoud Abdel Maksoud, Mohammed Omar, Mando, Hero & Tamara!! You guys made our visit so special and we will definitely be returning!!

What an amazing place this is. This was our 3rd visit and we love this place so much we have already booked for the 4th time (while we were there lol). Food and drink is plentiful and varied, they cater for all tastes and if you have any food allergy’s they will cook to your needs. We had a garden view which overlooks some building work currently ongoing but to be honest it does not ruin your stay in our opinion as your day is not spent in your room. Rooms are clean and comfortable, hairdryer in room but not too powerful but does the job. The grounds and interior are always clean and well looked after. Evening entertainment was good, shout out to the lady singer Luba and the Michael Jackson dance act. Special shout out to the following staff, the pool guy moustaffa Ateef (think that’s right) who worked tirelessly while we were there making sure we always had a drink. And also to ismeil Hamdy in the restaurant who catered to our needs. These are just two of the amazing staff and are a credit to the hotel. Shukran Jazilan Roll on April 2027

We have been to this hotel twice and are going back in July. It is the very best hotel, excellent staff and food. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our holiday one to remember. Gorgeous Haya was a delight and ensured we were looked after well. A small quiet hotel which was perfect for us. See you in July!
