The most fantastic amazing hotel. The best hotel in Hurghada. The staff are outstanding. Food is awesome. Rooms are beautiful. The hotel is so clean. We only book this hotel as we are treated so well. Every detail is taken care of. Every staff member is friendly, helpful and work so hard to make our holiday a truly special experience. We love coming back every year.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. The hotel was absolutely immaculate, and everything kept to a very high standard. The food was lovely, with plenty of choice, and every member of staff was friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The service really made our experience special, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

Amazing holiday have already booked to go back next year. Nothing to fault. Service, food, rooms, staff all amazing staff so attentive, good choice of food in buffet restaurant and dine around Chinese was the best we had in a long time. Big shout out to Islam and Mohammed who kept us hydrated all week. Rooms were great literally nothing negative to say. Absolutely fabulous xxx

Second visit to this beautiful hotel. My daughter and I have just returned home after a very relaxed and enjoyable week. There are absolutely no complaints at all. Without a doubt the staff make this holiday, they are attentive and so friendly in the most professional way. It was so lovely that many staff remembered us from last year! I have a gluten free diet and the restaurant staff and amazing chef cannot do enough for you. Although it was offered many times there was no need to request different food as the choice is already more than enough. Food is labelled clearly. The sun loungers are plentiful around the pool and on the beach. Again the staff are helpful and cheerful. The hotel is absolutely spotless, rooms are comfortable, air con is efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel if you want to feel looked after in a relaxed environment. Thank you so much for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely see you again x

Beautiful hotel made even greater by its staff. Islam is one of the most helpful, friendly and passionate people we’ve ever met and a credit to Jaz and Tui. He made our holiday even more special.
