This hotel I would definitely call " To return back for sure".Though my stay there was in the period of strong winds, it didn't spoil my impressions. Spacious rooms, clean and light, comfortable bed with high quality linen, lot of places to keep your belongings, very quiet ( or may be I was lucky with neighbors). The restaurant is great with pool view. What pleased me most of all- no lines for food, people who cook pasta, fried eggs and so on work fast and efficiently. My warmest and kindest thanks to Mohammed ( first two days of my stay- the king of cheese, other days- incredible pizza- maker) There are many pools on the territory, but unfortunately only one was heated. Enough sunbeds and helpful staff to arrange everything for u. And the diamond of this area is barman Fady, no doubt. Always smiling, extremely careful, with endless fantasy in making cocktails, quick, polite and friendly. He will find you even if you hide in the farthest corner of the area and offer any drink of your dream! My greatest thanks to you, Fady! My whole impression- this hotel is full of good people who try to do their best to make your vacation really lazy and careless. Of course, there are small shortcomings like unpleasant smell from outside one day, but they seem so unimportant comparing with pleasure I had during my stay. I I would like also to mention entrance security people, don't know all their names- but they learned mine!) And the chef concierge -- with a nice insmile, anytime you see him. In this hotel I got everything I had expected- serenity, healthy food, good service, quietness, decent surroundings.

I had a great experience thanks to Yulia from Ukraine, one of the hotel animators. She is very friendly, positive, and professional, and she made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Even when I was alone, she made sure I felt comfortable and included in the activities. Her energy and enthusiasm created a wonderful atmosphere, and she clearly loves her job. Thanks to Yulia, my stay was much more enjoyable. 10/10 😊

Great resort exactly what we needed for an early 2026 holiday it was so enjoyable we have booked to rerun later in the year This is now our 2nd stay and didn’t disappoint The experience was made extra special by the courtesy Milad the Batman at the main rear pool - what an outstanding employee he worked non stop looking after my husband and I serving us drinks at our seats and added the extra special feeling to our holiday. This level of service should be acknowledged as this is not the normal service. Well done Milad I hope your management read this review and acknowledge your effort 👌

We stayed here for 10days end of Feb - 1st week of March and had a wonderful time. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and more than willing to help/make sure you are having a good time. The entertainment/animation team are fantastic very friendly and enthusiastic and great at what they do. We were well looked after by Simo who encouraged us to join in and have a good time. Spoke very good English and was always willing to help, which we were very grateful for. Would highly recommend a visit here :).
