Aurora Oriental Resort Sharm El Sheikh

This hotel did not just have “issues” — it failed at the most basic standards of hospitality, hygiene, and customer care. We lost hours of our vacation because the hotel and Booking.com could not even properly process a reservation. Then we lost even more time dealing with yellow shower water that management acknowledged but never fixed. Three rooms. Same issue. What made the experience worse was not the mistake itself, but the complete indifference shown by management. Complaints were dismissed, concerns were ignored, and no accountability was taken despite clear evidence. A guest should not have to beg for clean water in a hotel. I will be uploading the photos/videos documenting the condition of the water and the delays because future guests deserve transparency before spending their money here.

I had a very good stay at Aurora Oriental Resort. Everything was good, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Mohamed from housekeeping for his great work and kindness. My room number was 355. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Aurora Sharm is one of the best hotels in Sharm El Sheikh. The location is excellent, and the beach is very suitable for swimming from inside the marina area. It is also a good place for snorkeling, although I recommend buying or bringing sea shoes for extra comfort. The food was good and varied, with plenty of options throughout the stay. The restaurant staff and all hotel employees were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. There are entertainment activities during the day. They are not very intensive, but there are still activities available, and the animation team is present on the beach and around the swimming pool to chat with guests and create a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also has a tennis court and a kids' club supervised by a very kind and lovely girl named Nawal. She was wonderful with the children and deserves special thanks. I would also like to thank Mohamed from the beach cleaning team, as well as Abanoub and Milad from the bars for their excellent service and kindness throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would be happy to return again.

This hotel is amazing. As a solo traveller I have never felt more welcome anywhere I have visited. The food is very nice and always something for the picky eaters. The staff at the pools are always friendly and polite (a special mention to Sammie), no one makes a pillow out of a towel like he does. I have been here a total of 3 times ...so far. I will definitely return in the future.

Had the best vacation here with my family amazing atmosphere, staff are brilliant super friendly! Would definitely recommend coming here. We would love to come back
