Good bartender and good service

Stayed for 1 week for my 50th birthday. Rooms are tired and we had problems with the patio door not locking, fridge not very cold and a flooding. The staff did deal with the problems promptly. The size of the drinking vessels were very small which resulted in having to get up to get drinks regularly and I felt the drinks were watered down. Food plentiful and very tasty. The cabana on the beach wasn't worth booking as the service was very limited and we had to keep going to the bar for drinks. The staff generally were very attentive and the staff by the pool at the main entrance were amazing. Im sorry I didnt get your names. Mohamed, mustafa and Osama at the bars were very helpful and always smiling. Our room was always beautifully cleaned with towel art by Ahmed hassan, thank you. The entertainment wasn't great and there was one incident when many people went to the beach, which is a decent walk from the hotel, to find no entertainment staff there. After an hour wait with no bar it transpired the event had been cancelled but the information had not been passed onto the guests. Generally lovely holiday just a shame there was a few issues.

Love this hotel! For the price it's a fantastic choice. All staff friendly and helpful. Food good quality and plenty of choice. Beach is lovely also 3 pools to choose from. We recommend and will definitely return. Thanks to Muhammad in the restaurant for making my birthday special.

I am putting a serious warning to all solo travellers to this hotel. As a solo female traveller, I was assaulted by one of the workers, whilst this has been dealt with through the legal system in Egypt. The hotel after the event were so rude, this was unacceptable after what their employee had done. Please if you are pestered for any social media or phone number report the person. I didn’t give out this information and I was still assaulted in somewhere I should have been safe. No apology from the hotel at all.

The property is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with room service. We were looked after by Gabr Nasr, a very polite, cheerful, and skilled person, always ready to accommodate our every request.
