Aurora Oriental Resort Sharm El Sheikh

We had an amazing time at aurora oriental, the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities, and easily accessible for anyone like myself who has mobility issues. The staff are warm and friendly, and can not do enough for you. When we arrived they swapped us into an accessible room, it had a full wet room which was great for me. Some of the furniture such as the sofa and chair at the dresser could have done with being replaced as they were a little tired and broken, however the bed was huge and very comfortable, and the balcony was perfect with lots of morning sun and afternoon shade. The shuttle bus to the beach was brilliant, if like me the walk is a little too far for you, it makes it easy to access and the beach bar has plenty of tables and chairs to sit at if you don't like sunbeds. The main pool area was similar with lots of available sunbeds and tables and chairs to sit at. The food was amazing!! Lots of choice, very tasty especially the fresh croissants in the morning and barbecue at lunch and dinner. Overall we had an amazing time here and will definitely be back

We would like to thank Aurora Hotel for such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Ayman for his kindness and professionalism. The housekeeping team was outstanding, keeping the rooms perfectly clean and well-organized. The bars and food were absolutely amazing, offering great quality and variety. The beach is very calm and beautiful, perfect for relaxation. There are also many activities available at the main swimming pool and the beach. A big thank you to the animation team for organizing entertaining daily and night shows — their energy and performances on stage were truly enjoyable. A very special thanks to Nawal from the kids club. She is incredibly caring, always attentive to the children and making sure they are safe and happy. She is always smiling, hardworking, and very talented. She speaks English fluently and has even learned some Russian. She is also amazing at fitness dancing — truly outstanding and shining. Also, thanks to Abanoub from the bar team for his great attention and care towards us and all guests. We highly recommend visiting this wonderful place. Thank you so much for everything!

The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was a problem. The rooms are slightly dated but immaculate with comfy beds and beautiful linen. The all inclusive food was varied throughout our stay special mention for bbq chef who provided delicious food and always service with a smile. Waiters in outdoor area very obliging to provide drinks from bar. We preferred dining outside, but tables are limited.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, the pool, the beach, the gardens are all amazing. Our room was nice, it had everything we need. Beds were comfy, our shower was a bit broken but it worked fine. The food was the only thing we could not praise, we always had enough to eat but most of the time the food was pretty bland or cold. Also getting our drinks always served in paper cups was annoying. However who we cannot fault and have nothing but love and praise for is Gabr, the housekeeper for our room and surrounding area. He was the highlight of trip. He always greeted us with a smile every single day and every time we came back to our room in the evening he had made a cute design with the towels and our room was impeccable. He kept our room stocked with coffee and water and was there straight away if we needed something. If the review alone was based on Gabr it would be 10/10
