rooms are clean and neat - thanks to Mohammed! food is very tasty, especially dinners location and territory of the hotel is green and beautiful. atmosphere: this is a quiet and chill hotel, sometimes it's a bit boring here, but if u want to rest with yourself or you already have a cool company I think u won't feel it service: I think guys doing their best, always polite and cheerful. I want to pay respect to mister Amr Salem, cool guy 😎 but... I think I want to see something more from the five-star hotel. the thing is, there are many activities and benefits that you can explore here, but it's for extra charge. for example the lobby bar after 12:00, or the pool game on the beach. also I feel like there not enough activities from the animation team. also, the show time almost every time sucks. no offend. that's it. I will recommend this hotel 'cause of price-quality ratio. I hope the hotel will grow in the right way. and please, keep the piano in the lobby open for everyone! and call the tuner, I beg!

I have recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks as a family of 6 and we all had an incredible experience. We stayed in rooms 302 and 303 and our cleaner was called Osama, he did an excellent job of making sure everything was clean and tidy and was overall an awesome guy, he definitely went above and beyond. The entertainment team is also great, they always made sure everyone was involved especially the guy who does the aqua gym. We spent most of our time at the pool at the front of the hotel since it’s quiet and there’s a swim up bar. Mina who is the bar man there made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived he is such a wonderful person to be around. The hotel is in pristine condition, cleaners are always around and the grass is always watered. There were two incidents in the pool whilst we were there which got sorted straight away. The food is different every night and is nice, there’s plenty to choose from. We will definitely be coming again, thank you for everything!
