Aurora Oriental Resort Sharm El Sheikh

We’ve just returned from a fantastic holiday at Aurora Oriental Resort, and we honestly couldn’t fault the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff especially Kahled the restaurant manager Mahmoud one of the chef at the pasta station that always made my little boy feel special and always making him feel welcomed everyday - and Ahmed Saaded for always give us a table when needed and waited on us all the time they were so friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. We were always greeted with a smile and a handshake, which made us feel genuinely valued and looked after throughout our stay. The staff in the restaurant were second to none. They went above and beyond to make sure we always had a table, our drinks were topped up and that everything we needed was taken care of. The level of service was exceptional, and their attention to detail really made our holiday special. Every member of staff we came across was polite, friendly and willing to help. It’s clear that they take great pride in looking after their guests, and that really shows. A huge thank you to the entire team at Aurora Oriental Resort for making our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend the resort to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with fantastic service and genuinely lovely staff. ❤️🌴☀️ Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

We are currently resting at the Aurora Oriental Resort hotel and are very satisfied! The hotel's territory is its huge plus. It is simply huge, very green, well-groomed, everywhere there are clean paths, beautiful palm trees and flowers. The eye really rests. The beach is large, there was enough space for everyone without problems. We lived in a standard room. The room is spacious, bright, with a pleasant view. The food is tasty and varied. The main restaurant pleased with a good selection of dishes: there were always several types of meat, fish, fresh vegetables, side dishes for every taste. Animation and entertainment: The animation team is just fire! The guys and girls are incredibly energetic, but at the same time unobtrusive. During the day they constantly called for aqua aerobics, volleyball, darts and dancing - there was never a dull moment. The evening show programs are also very interesting, with various guest artists and competitions. Special thanks to the animator Aly Ecko, he is the best animator. I definitely recommend this hotel for vacations for both couples and groups of friends! The price-quality ratio here is at a high level.

What an amazing stay and the Aurora. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Food delicious and service was top notch. Highly recommend going to the beech on the shuttle bus and also the quiet bar. Fady was amazing there. And he works on an evening at the lemon bar. He always made me smile. Was attentive and kind and knew when we needed a drink. 10/10 service for Fady. Thank you. Will be back!!

Me and my family had a great stay here. Amr Salem at the piano bar was so kind to us! Always made sure we were happy, always got us our drinks. Amr Salem even gave my daughter a seat for her teddy! Definitely recommend! Really kind, welcoming and friendly! He always made sure the bar was in top shape so everyone can enjoy a peaceful evening!

Excellent stay with great service and delicious food. Special thanks to Mr. Khaled Ezzat, Main Restaurant Manager, for his great hospitality and attention to guests. Also, a big thank you to the Animation Team, especially Nawal, for her positive energy and love for children, making our stay more enjoyable. Highly recommended
