Charmillion Club Resort

My family and I have been coming here for a decade, it’s the perfect place for vacation, the staff are beyond incredible, the views and facilities are amazing, 10 years and we never switched to another resort. The best resort we’ve ever been to! Totally recommend!

Beautiful gardens , staff very helpful and weather perfect BUT despite the hotel advertising a lift , there is no lift in the hotel at all. The dining room is on the ground floor and the bar upstairs. As a disabled person I have to use a mobility scooter and each day after dinner in the evening had to drive for 8 mins a huge distance outside just to get to the bar ! I spent a 10 day holiday unable to get into the pool because the only way in or out is a vertical ladder. The hotel do have golf buggies which are very good but for a disabled person not enough for me asI need help with mobility inside the building too. Our room was on the ground floor but there were 2 steps up to the corridor , we had to ask fora ramp to be put on the steps to allow me to get up them This is a lovely hotel for very many people but if you have mobility issues at all ,look somewhere else. With just a few changes it would be perfect but as it is I won’t be going again.

Highly recommended hotel, rooms immaculate, staff couldn’t do enough for you so friendly and welcoming, food out of this world. Thank you all so much for the most memorable stay and experience ❤️

The resort is absolutely stunning. It's incredibly green, lush, and well-maintained. The pool area is huge, with plenty of sunbeds (no early morning rush needed!). Every single staff member we encountered—from the reception team to the waiters, lifeguards, and housekeeping—was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. The rooms, the restaurants, the pools, and the public areas were constantly being cleaned. The Charmillion Club offers a fantastic mix of relaxation, great service, and excellent value for money:))
