Charmillion Club Resort

I had an amazing stay at Charmillion Club Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are clean, the food is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the outstanding staff who made my stay truly memorable: * Mr. Ahmed, the Front Office Manager, for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent leadership. * Peter Arans at the reception, who was always welcoming, helpful, and efficient. * Mahmoud at the reception, for his friendly attitude and outstanding customer service. * Mahmoud at the beach fish restaurant, who provided exceptional service with a warm smile and made every visit enjoyable. * Raafat bar man at the beach, for his hospitality, attentiveness, and positive attitude. * Hamed at the bar near the reception, for his excellent service, friendliness, and always making guests feel welcome. * Kheiry from the Housekeeping team, for keeping the room spotless, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay. His attention to detail and dedication were truly appreciated. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that guests had a wonderful experience. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly reflect the high standards of Charmillion Club Resort. Thank you all for making my vacation unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort and will definitely be coming back again!

NN K 2/5 à l'instant sur Google We stayed at Charlillion Club Resort Sharm El Sheikh during July 2026 *The good*: The room had a beautiful sea view. *The bad*: 1. *Room condition*: Bathrooms were old, with rust and poor maintenance. 2. *Food*: Wide variety of food was offered, but the overall quality was very poor. 3. *Theft & Security*: During our stay we experienced theft. We left our beach towels while swimming and they were gone when we returned. We also had sunglasses stolen. When we reported it to staff, we were told they couldn’t help and that there were no cameras in the area. We were then given 2 options: find who stole the items ourselves, or be charged for the missing towels. 4. *Management response*: We escalated to the hotel manager, Mr. Maged Tawfik. He offered us a copy of our original sunglasses instead of a proper resolution. He promised a follow-up call that we never received. 5. *Hygiene*: We witnessed guests allowing babies with diapers to be showered in the swimming pool. Staff did not intervene despite it being a clear hygiene issue. Overall, for the price, the service, security, and hygiene standards were very disappointing. I would not recommend this resort until these issues are addressed. Stayed in:July 2026
