The hotel is excellent from the staff in the lobby bar, always attentive to your need of a drink, the dinning room staff whom are eager to attend your needs and pool staff who will find you a sun bed and position your towel for you, all brilliant, only spoiled by the incompetent reception staff, on leaving the hotel after a weeks stay, we were sitting on the shuttle bus awaiting return to the airport, but after 15 minutes I asked what was the hold up, I was asked to return to reception whereupon an incompetent receptionist demanded our towel card, I insisted that we had gave that and room card back, No, No you stole towel, no card returned, again I insist we had and asked not to be called a thief, at that point another receptionist intervened and explained to the rude colleague that we did indeed return our towel card and he should check again , which he did and he found both cards but when asked for an apology of being accused of thieving and had now been held up by 45 minutes and were in the relms of not being able to relax at airport due to loss return time, NO apology came and he ignored my pleas of receiving one,.Overall this is a superb hotel well worthy of its high grading but the reception staff are totally incompetent and require further training and people skills refreshing.

We are currently staying at this hotel and it has been a huge disappointment. Our reservation is for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), yet we were given only 3 beds. Even worse, towels, bottled water, and toiletries are provided for only 3 guests, despite repeated requests. The service is poor unless tips are involved. It feels like staff expect gratuities for providing even basic assistance. Good service should be standard, not something guests have to pay extra for. The food quality is below average, with limited variety and repetitive options. The evening entertainment is equally disappointing and far below the standard expected from a resort hotel. This hotel does not deliver what it promises and certainly does not provide value for money. We would not recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

We came to celebrate our son’s birthday and, unfortunately, we weren’t happy with the first room we were allocated. After raising our concerns, Modonna from the Guest Relations team got in touch to check that we were happy with the alternative rooms and followed up with us throughout. She is just lovely, professional and genuinely seemed to care about improving our experience. Thanks to her help, both rooms were upgraded and fruit baskets were sent to our rooms, which I found very thoughtful and kind. The staff have been excellent throughout. They work incredibly hard to make everyone’s stay as enjoyable as possible and it’s clear they want guests to enjoy their stay. The upgraded rooms are a definite improvement and have made a positive difference to our holiday. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Just stunning. Food-wise, there is something for everyone. Plenty of vegetarian options. There are always beef, chicken and fish options for dinner, along with plenty of desserts. Pretty much everything you’d expect from a buffet. Overall very impressed
