Excellent hotel. At the reception, Mr. Ahmed Shebl and Mr. Mohamed Khalaf were wonderful and fulfilled all our requests. The restaurant was excellent, with varied food and great taste. The best hotel in Egypt I have ever stayed!🩷 We stayed here from April 7-12. I want to emphasize that the excellency of it mostly depends on the people who work in Dreams Beach Resort. I am personally very grateful to the Restaurant Manager Gerges Shehata for assistance in preparing and serving food in accordance to my diet. I have Celiac desease and I am required to follow a strict diet gluten free recommendations. I was afraid of going abroad because most people do not understand that even the traits of gluten may cause much problems to the person with this diagnoses. Gerges Shehata showed real professionalism not only in knowing the required menu but even intelligently helped with advice and assisted a lot. My feared disappeared in the first day. I felt safe in that place as the food is more than half of the rest in the hotel. I absolutely recommend that place to all the people. It’s tasty, safe and clean. Everything depends on the management. And I can say for sure here the management look after everything and want to make stay of the people better! Also, I want to say thank you to room service, personally to Ahmed Salah. He has « golden hands ». He made beautiful surprises for us. And managers Romany and Ahmed at the reception.

I stayed here in late March 2026 with my Child, and we had a really good experience overall. The Resort has a fantastic location with its own beach and excellent snorkeling straight from the jetty – definitely one of the highlights for both of us. The room was simple but practical, and housekeeping kept everything clean throughout the week. The pool area is spacious, and we never had trouble finding sunbeds, which made the days very relaxed. What really made the stay special was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. In the restaurant we always felt welcomed, and the service was both warm and efficient. The food was better than we expected. There was good variety from day to day, and several dishes were genuinely tasty. Even on the simpler days, we always found something we liked, and the buffet was consistently well‑managed. Overall, this is a very good and family‑friendly resort with strong points in the location, the snorkeling, the food and especially the staff. We would happily return.
