Had such a fun time with the family..the animation team kelise & shady made day time darts& evening dance just the most fun Restaurant team & pool staff equallyvas welcoming. Over all clean' friendly .. Will return .

Ignore all of the bad reviews.. It is a lovely hotel The rooms were clean and tidy, with cleaners coming everyday. Each day they ensured we had fresh bottles of water and left towel animals which always brought a smile to our faces. The main buffet restaurant was very good. They had live cooking stations with fresh pancakes, waffles and omelettes each morning as well as other food including pastries and cereals. Lunch & Dinner always had a massive variety of food and desserts with a live cooking station for pasta and a grill outside in the evening. At each meal there was a variety of fresh fruit and salad. Their is also a fried corner so if you're not willing to try something new chicken and chips was always available. After looking at other reviews, i was worried about the food, but those saying their was nothing to eat needs to expand their palete outside of chicken nuggets!! We tried the Italian restraunt on the resort and the steak was very juicy and tender you have the choice of it being cooked medium or well done. Although the portions are big you're served a whole lasagna as a starter which we didn't realise so we was very full before our mains arrived. We also tried the Grill house, they greet you with a cocktail on arrival you get a choice of alcohol/ no alcohol, however I opted for a coke zero. The food was very nice my partner really enjoyed it. On our last night we tried out the Asian restraunt The food was very very nice. Although service slightly slower, we had to ask for something to drink 3 times as they either wasn't interested or kept forgetting. Pool side snacks are also served between 4-5pm and includes pizza, chips and a variety of sandwiches. You are not going hungry at this hotel their is always something to eat! The selection of drinks included in the all inclusive package was very good. I'm currently pregnant so couldn't make use of the alcohol but still found plenty to drink they offer quite a few different mocktails as well as sprite, coke, teas, coffees and fruit juices. Although my partner said the alcohol is very good the beer was refreshing. However their is a charge for imported alcohol such as Baileys and bottles of beer. The pool was well maintained we noticed someone testing the water every 30mintues or so to ensure cleanliness. The hotel also has its own private beach area, however you need to arrive early to get a sun lounger. The sea is lovely and warm and great for snorkeling. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming always made sure our drinks were topped up and we had a place to sit at meal times. Just beware their are alot of people trying to sell you stuff particularly by the pool, on our first day we was approached by 5 separate people in the span on 20mintues. However a firm no does the job and we was left alone the rest of the holiday. Another tip, download indrive if you wish to travel anywhere. We went to Soho square and was charged 200EGP each way (equivalent to £3.50) where as the hotel taxi wanted to charge £20 each way. However the app does require WiFi, its essentially their equivalent to uber. Finally while the resort was generally clean and tidy, their is a noticeable lack of bins, and every plant pot was filled with rubbish which is the same. But overall I had a lovely holiday and we would return.

We’ve just returned from three weeks in the sun being looked after by the best staff starting with Food & Bev manager Besso one of the kindest gentleman you could wish to meet All the waiters in the restaurant were hard working and attentive but a special mention must go to Keroles Saad & Gerges who looked after us extremely well The bar staff Joseph Tharwat & Ronal Riddel are friendly & welcoming Mohammad kept our room perfectly clean & stocked up with water, tea, coffee & toiletry’s Not forgetting Hiba the lovely lady who kept the toilets beside to resteraunt spotless

The hotel itself is beautiful, very well maintained, and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The rooms were cleaned daily by the lovely Muhammed, who did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, our experience at the Grill House was disappointing. When trying to make reservations, the restaurant manager was quite rude and unaccommodating. As guests, we were entitled to one complimentary visit to each of the 5 à la carte restaurants, but we were only offered three spaces instead. Despite having a letter from the hotel confirming we could dine anywhere as it was my wife’s birthday on that day, there was no compromise or effort to help, which was very disheartening. And was later told by other guests that the restaurant they went too was more or less empty with only a few tables being used. We decided to go out of the hotel to eat, as it was my wife's birthday and wanted to make it special. They did however give my wife a complimentary cake for her birthday which we had delivered to our room as we went out to eat and was yummy. On a much more positive note, the main buffet restaurant was exceptional. The managers, especially Amir and the older gentleman alongside him, were absolutely amazing. They couldn’t do enough for us and truly made us feel welcome and at home. The entire buffet team were attentive, friendly, and professional — we’re incredibly grateful for how they treated us. The Asian restaurant was by far the best of the three à la carte restaurants we visited — full of flavour and beautifully prepared dishes. however its in the sister hotel which we were not informed off when we booked so we were little late getting there but you can ask at reception for a little truck shuttle and they will take u and bring you back. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant did not meet expectations. The steak was quite tough and bland, there was no rewuest of how we would like ut cooked therefore was overcooked (im a medium rare girl and so is ny wife) there appeared to be something unusual on the plate. When we raised this with the supervisor, we were told it was from the oven, although it didn’t look like anything we’d seen before. We then didnt finish our meal there an left as we didnt want to finish the meal an subsequently went to main buffet so we could get something tatsy to eat. The Grill House meats also lacked flavour, despite being cooked with different spices. The animation team were fantastic, particularly Kelise and Shady. They were constantly engaging with guests, full of energy, and truly made our stay memorable. The other team members didn’t introduce themselves or interact with us, but Kelise and Shady stood out and really made the holiday special. We would genuinely return just because of the people mentioned. The heated pool is located by the spa and is the only heated option. The bar service could be improved — cocktails were inconsistent, and the same drink often tasted different each time. A bit more mixology training would really elevate the experience, especially as cocktails are available as part of the offering. We both had a massage in the spa was really nice experience. And lots of treatments to choose from. There were many Russian guests during our stay, but this did not affect our enjoyment at all. Overall, while there were some disappointing moments, but the warmth and dedication of the buffet team and the animation staff made a lasting impression. Thank you to Amir, the buffet managers, animation team Kelise, Shady, and the entire main restaurant team for such a warm welcome. We will never forget our Sharm experience.

This is the second time in 2 months we have visited this hotel - the first one at Christmas and we have just got back after another week there For us it is like going to stay with family everyone is so attentive and can’t do enough for you Erik and the pool staff and bar staff (Mohammed and Mamood) went above and beyond, we didn’t have to move from our sun beds! Amir looked after us at night making sure we had a table every night and our drinks were replenished We stayed in a beautiful room in block 12 overlooking the gardens, pool and the sea, Ahmed got us anything we needed and kept our room very clean and tidy - nothing was any trouble The entertainment was looked after by the Animation team, who looked after the guests and made sure they were happy both during the day with activities from darts to yoga! Kelise was so lovely and made sure you were ok and is such a credit to the team, she is English, bubbly and happy all the time , she is great with children getting them up to dance and sing, Shady was also very good as well, he made sure our son was happy getting him to join in the darts and volleyball which he loved We would highly recommend this hotel for families, the food selection is also good and there is something for everyone
