I absolutely cannot recommend another hotel more than dreams vacation/ beach. The animation team were the highlight of our vacation. Amazing personalities. High energy and always lots of activities to do with them. Kelise was outstanding. Always a smile on her face and loved doing activities with her. The night shows were amazing. Food and rooms were good and always clean

We had a fantastic stay, especially thanks to the animation team. The daily pool games, evening parties, and shows made every day fun and exciting. My daughter got along so well with the team, especially Kelise, which made the experience even more special. The hotel offers great value for money, with very good cleanliness throughout. The location is convenient, rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is lively but still balanced in terms of noise. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a great choice for a fun, family-friendly holiday.

Would have liked to have given this hotel a 2.5 but thats not an option!!! We came back yesterday, we have been to multiple hotels in Egypt and Tunisia for around the same price but this one I would not return. We dont mind cheap and cheerful rooms that are a bit dated but what I dont expect is to be made to feel like you are a second class citizen because you are not allowed to use most of the facilities!!!. Reception staff are just rude, dont tell you anything dont even smile or say hello and even when checking out they didnt even ask how stay was. The rest of the staff were brilliant and little tips are greatly appreciated and go a long way. There is a lot of construction work going on, opposite our room the whole block was being worked on from 7am in the morning although tbh we are awake early so it didnt bother us too much and its nice to see some work being done. Then comes the main "restaurant" walked into the buffet restaurant to be rudely escorted out and told "no you eat over there!" Over there meaning under a wooden pergola even when it is windy and chilly and even though we have also paid all inclusive we were not allowed to use the restaurant. Buffet food is never hot at the best of times but when its outside all day/evening its just a joke! The bread has had the sun on it all day and is stale, your only allowed butter at breakfast??? And lets not even talk about the flies!! Coffee shop next to the buffet restaurant..... nope not allowed to use..... bar area above reception.... you guessed it nope not allowed!! Even on the beach we went to what we thought was the bar as everyone in our hotel was there getting drinks only to be told that no because we was not Russian and hadn't booked through a different company we were not allowed a drink and to go to the wooden shack round the corner!!!! Another load of construction work was in the main pool with the water slides.... closed off our whole stay. Out the front the spa was also being worked on so it was like nothing was available!! Our all inclusive stated that drinks from 10am (pretty standard!) Nope alcohol only after 1pm???? No pool bar? The best thing about this hotel was the waiters, cleaners, pool guys and gardeners they are an absolute credit and also the a la carte restaurants. We ate in them 4 nights then out the rest of the time! What we found out is that they have sold most of this hotel off to a Russian company (WB Holidays) so if you booked through someone like Love Holidays you dont get yo use most of it!!

The good *The little beach area is so cute and snorkling love it. *Amazing Food choices and very hygienic * The buggy that takes you to where you want to go is good. *Amazing area Farsha/santirini & el farna beach (Amazing snorkling here) all walking distance. The bad *Very expensive hotel i paid 4 days all inclusive andntjeyncut my band off in the morning so only gave me 3 days all inclusive even though we had paid, better to pay all inclusive and on uour last day pay fpr b&b. *Reception was the only area to sit indoors on a evening when the mozzies are about. The security buzzer every minute, drunks arguing with reception, non stop customers at reception and the taxi man was awful hassled everyone who walked out of the building. They need to make the Italian restaurant a bar area. *Do not pay for a taxi at this hotel its 3 times the normal price, the outside taxis charge 200-250 to Naama Bay, they charge 750. I said no to his price because i paid 700 from Nabq beach our hotel before which is miles away and he got very aggressive & argumentative with us! *Not enough sunbeds *They let sales reps on the premises who hassle you, be much better selling trips on reception. *Too many staff we never felt we had any privacy, open the curtains of room 2 staff on the ground below etc. *The cleaner was awful, we tip at the end of the week by leaving money in the room, he lived in our corridor, hassling us everyday for money. We unfortunetly told him what time we was leaving and he was waiting at our door. *ROCK hard beds and pillows

As a family with two children, we informed the reception in advance about our arrival and departure times and were assured that assistance would be provided. However, later we were told it was not possible and were asked to pay extra for the same request. This was disappointing and unfair. The most surprising and uncomfortable part was staff monitoring how much food we were taking in the restaurant area. Instead of feeling like guests on holiday, we felt controlled. This was both upsetting and honestly absurd — it is unacceptable for a hotel to track what its guests eat. Overall, the attitude was focused on charging additional fees rather than providing solutions. The service was not professional and did not reflect proper tourism standards. The sea and location may be nice, but the service quality does not match. Unfortunately, we left with stress instead of good memories.
