Really bad.. toilets very dirty.. No stopper in tub.. Shower curtains all stained Old bathroom.. no hot water Bad furniture's It was said.. All inclusive have mini bar - but fridge empty No sauna access No spirits included in All inclusive it is as if we are using just full board facilities even though we booked all inclusive Rooms are really old .. Don't go with photos they show pics of beach resort and give you old furniture rooms..

I have been here 5 times but changed hotels because abusive language from staff and actually being threatened by an animation man called Syed less than half my age and much bigger than me I am 64 staff only interested in tips and presents when I am home now one answers messages or phones I had completely different experience in aurora hotel but I am going to Tunisia next year as had enough of being insulted by very unrespectful abusive staff

The reception team was very very helpful and kind especially Abdelrhman and ahmed they are stunning and also the rooms was perfect

From outside very beautyful resort. It is completly in russian hands. I have paid 80,- for a room beside a construction Side. I had hairs from the predecessor on my bed. On day the door of the was closed, because the card does n t worked. Take Care of the taxi Driver and businessmans in the hotel and on the markets . They are trying to cheat.

The location and the resort were good overall. However, the internet service was weak, particularly at the beginning, and we were first assigned rooms that did not meet five-star standards despite the amount paid. This was disappointing, and we hope for better transparency and service consistency in the future.
