"An absolutely wonderful stay and an exceptional family experience at Dreams Resort Sharm El Sheikh! The resort is lovely, the amenities are super comfortable, and the overall service is top-notch. But what truly made our holiday special was the amazing hospitality and warm staff—especially the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Osama Assar. A very special shoutout and big thanks to Mr. Osama! He is incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure every single member of the family is happy and well taken care of. On top of that, he is absolute comedic gold! His great sense of humor, bright smile, and welcoming energy brought so much joy and warmth to every meal. Also a big thanks to Mr Arafat basry Avery hepeful and professional manger thanks for the pleasant time you gave us. Thank you Dreams Resort, and a huge thanks to Mr. Osama for the unforgettable hospitality. Highly recommended!"

The hotel is very good this is the third time that we come here everything is good the rooms are so clean , the stuff is friendly and good behaving the view is amazing we enjoy being here , the entertainment team is so fun and helpful specially noura

The hotel is completely terrible, so I guess that's the only thing consistent about it. The cleaning is abysmal. Hair, stains, dust, and unpleasant little surprises. It was so bad that we chose to sleep in a chair and on a pool towel for the entire vacation. The food is the exact same every single day. And when I say the same, I mean zero variation, and everything is cooked beyond recognition. Drinks: your options are basically Sprite or Cola, so if you're looking for an extremely limited selection, this is the place for you. The staff doesn't understand a thing. They can barely comprehend when you ask for four Sprites—they'll bring you four cappuccinos instead. That says a lot about their level of service. In particular, a waiter named Mustafa Mahmoud had an extremely arrogant and indifferent attitude toward guests. So, if you're looking for a dirty, run-down, guest-unfriendly, and Russian-centric hotel, go right ahead and book this one.

The animation team was the absolute highlight of our holiday! They were full of energy, friendly, and made every day so much fun with games, activities, and amazing evening shows. A very special thank you to Shady and Kelise. They were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and made everyone feel included. Their enthusiasm, professionalism, and positive attitude created such a great atmosphere that every activity was enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.
