Dreams Vacation

As a family with two children, we informed the reception in advance about our arrival and departure times and were assured that assistance would be provided. However, later we were told it was not possible and were asked to pay extra for the same request. This was disappointing and unfair. The most surprising and uncomfortable part was staff monitoring how much food we were taking in the restaurant area. Instead of feeling like guests on holiday, we felt controlled. This was both upsetting and honestly absurd — it is unacceptable for a hotel to track what its guests eat. Overall, the attitude was focused on charging additional fees rather than providing solutions. The service was not professional and did not reflect proper tourism standards. The sea and location may be nice, but the service quality does not match. Unfortunately, we left with stress instead of good memories.

We just spent 6 days at dreams vacation with use of some facilities at Dreams beach, we had an amazing time, we got there and room was upgraded, they are renovating at one end but we were at the quieter end of the resort which was lovely cleaning staff couldn't do enough, everyday, fresh towels, beds changed, cleaned room the room was functional and clean , the resteraunt staff were very accommodating, with food that was international and tasty, friday was Egyptian food night a must try is a green traditional soup was lovely! And always had some sort of barbequed meat.if you have kids who just want chips then not for you! The scuba diving center on dreams beach was brilliant wahid and team were amazing and for very scared novice made me feel very safe. The fish and corals are amazing once in a lifetime experience. I overcame my fear and went snorkeling the next day I got into a little trouble as couldnt get my mask back on and immediately a lifeguard was there helping me he was amazing !! I caught my foot on the corals and he tended it and put a dressing on. Not one negative experience of this holiday. Top tip ..airport is very high in security. You need card visas filled out to get in and out multiple check points and security through the airport so give yourself plenty of time. They key to this holiday was tipping that's how things are done here you will have a good experience if you don't but if you do you will have an even better experience!! 200- 400 Egyptian pounds depending on what service you are using .( 2- 3 pounds roughly)

Really bad.. toilets very dirty.. No stopper in tub.. Shower curtains all stained Old bathroom.. no hot water Bad furniture's It was said.. All inclusive have mini bar - but fridge empty No sauna access No spirits included in All inclusive it is as if we are using just full board facilities even though we booked all inclusive Rooms are really old .. Don't go with photos they show pics of beach resort and give you old furniture rooms..

I have been here 5 times but changed hotels because abusive language from staff and actually being threatened by an animation man called Syed less than half my age and much bigger than me I am 64 staff only interested in tips and presents when I am home now one answers messages or phones I had completely different experience in aurora hotel but I am going to Tunisia next year as had enough of being insulted by very unrespectful abusive staff

The reception team was very very helpful and kind especially Abdelrhman and ahmed they are stunning and also the rooms was perfect
