It could be better. It is good 3 stars not 5. Rooms are more less. Eating is middle. The coral is poor, I saw best. Meeting and farewell are failure.

The atmosphere is very friendly. Excellent hotel, clean rooms without loud noises from neighbors, big variety of food for cheap price. Me and my family really enjoyed these holidays. Service is on a different level. EXCEPT FOR ONE GUIDE. Amr. He was very rude to us beacuse we didn't buy his tour. He also called us poor. Also big thanks to Mustafa ❤️.

My wife and I stayed here in may this year and i have to say I was pleasantly surprised and impressed. We had a speedy check in and taken to our beautiful room on the sea front. Room itself little smaller than some in sharm but suited our needs perfectly. Our house keeper did a fantastic job for us . We stayed in room 3040. There are two bars at the top of the resort sadly service was a little hit and miss sometimes but after a few days seemed to improve significantly. The food was excellent we've travelled extensively over many years in egypt and the food was certainly up there with some of the best we've had. Service in the restaurant was generally excellent Badel (sorry if spelt wrong) was outstanding as was food and bev manager. Can comment on the a la carte food as we didn't find the need to go as main buffet was good but people we spoke to said they were excellent. The beach was more of a gritty sand but that's ok set out in terraces there seemed enough room beach bar was ok but staff seemed a little slow / lazy the hotel has 2 beaches 1 quiet the other quite loud with the entertainment we tried both but preferred the main beach as the swimming off the reef was much better. We tried 2 of the pools and they were great. The staff on the whole were outstanding ... special mention to the front desk porter who drove us everywhere in golf carts big relief as the hotel is on quite a slope. I'd say you can tell the staff who have worked in hospitality for a while but im sure over time the newer staff will pick it up and improve All in all we had a great stay at the invidia and we hope to return in October which tells you alot because over the last 20yrs of travelling in Egypt we've never stayed somewhere twice.
