Yet another unforgettable experience at this wonderful hotel. We were surrounded by smiles and attentive staff checking to ensure everything was perfect. A huge thank you to Mohamed for the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, and to the lifeguard Mahmoud for looking after us by the pool. The food in the restaurants is varied, with options to suit every taste; for a change of pace, you can also visit the à la carte restaurant. The bars serve delicious coffee and a wide range of cocktails—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—to suit everyone's preferences. The hotel is situated in a bay with a sandy beach and a magnificent reef nearby. Another highlight of the hotel is its diving center. A huge thank you to the entire hotel staff—from the security guards at the entrance to the reception team and the luggage porters. You are the best. A special thank you to Sofia in Guest Relations. Lovely Hotel, very friendly staff el fresco restaurant food is really good and beverages, manger Mohammed was always ready to help, Lovely beach had to be early to get a sunbed, only one problem the music coming from the beach was too loud by Swimming pool which was coming from the beach, The other swim pool was much quieter from loud music Will be definitely coming back again as this was our second visit this year

I had a fantastic stay at Jaz Fanara Hotel. The resort is beautiful, with stunning views, excellent facilities, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Front Desk Manager Hany Saad, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He was professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a smile. His outstanding customer service made a real difference and ensured that everything went smoothly. It's clear that he genuinely cares about guests and goes above and beyond to make their experience memorable. Sitting in departures, at Sharm airport, having spent the last week at this hotel, where oh where do I start, absolutely fabulous, first class, from entering the hotel for the first time, to checking out, incredible. This was our fourth visit to Egypt, different hotel each time, but this hotel was head and shoulders above the other three. Hotel was immaculately clean everywhere all the time, our room was kept clean the whole week, the best cleaner we have ever had room 4301 (Ahmed) very very professional, as were every other member of staff throughout the hotel, they genuinely couldn't do enough to help us, incredible. Food/drinks were of a very high standard, with many many options, fantastic. Pools/beach very good, especially the beach as it had its very own coral reef. We never normally revisit a hotel, but we will absolutely be back to stay at this one. Well done to every single person that makes this hotel what it is, and don't change a single thing Until next time. Ps forgot to mention they made me a cake for our 30th Wedding Anniversary
