JAZ Fanara Resort & Residence

An Amazing Holiday – The Animation Team and Pool Bar Staff Made It Special! I very rarely write reviews, but this time I simply cannot leave without sharing our wonderful experience at JAZ Fanara Resort! A huge thank you to the animation team – Diego, Izzy, Luka, Olya, and all the other amazing guys whose names I’m sorry I can’t remember! ❤️ You were absolutely incredible! You made our stay so enjoyable, relaxed and full of positive energy. You were always smiling, supportive, welcoming and in the best mood. There were so many activities throughout the day, and you made everyone feel included and encouraged to join in. Your energy is contagious, and you genuinely make a difference to guests’ holidays. Keep doing what you do – you are fantastic! Just do it! 🎉 A special thank you to the pool bar team, who were absolutely brilliant – attentive, quick, friendly, cheerful and always ready with a smile. No matter how busy you were, you made us feel welcome and looked after. Your kindness, sense of humour and positive attitude made every visit to the pool bar a pleasure. You didn’t just serve drinks; you created a lovely atmosphere where we felt comfortable, appreciated and genuinely part of the family. An extra-special thank you to Assem! ❤️ You deserve a special mention because you had the eyes of a hawk when it came to spotting our empty glasses! 😂🥂 Somehow, you always noticed the moment they needed refilling, and you were there with your wonderful smile. Your attentiveness, speed and cheerful personality made us feel so well looked after. It’s those little personal touches that make such a big difference to a holiday, and we will definitely remember you! I also want to mention the cleanliness throughout the resort. Everything was well looked after, and we really appreciated the effort that goes into keeping the surroundings clean and pleasant. It makes such a difference when you can relax and enjoy your holiday in a well-maintained environment. What made this holiday truly special wasn’t just the beautiful resort, but the people who work there. The warmth, friendliness and genuine care we experienced made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you all for the smiles, laughter, positive energy and wonderful memories. You are a real credit to JAZ Fanara Resort, and I hope the management recognises how much value you bring to the guest experience. We will remember you all with a big smile, and we would absolutely love to come back! ❤️🌴 Keep smiling, keep shining, and keep making people’s holidays unforgettable! ☀️
