Eslam fantastic: Rooms very well cleaned and every services very very good!

First visit of 2026. This was now the 7th or 8th visit in the last 2 years. Absolutely love it. I always leave a review and have done far more detailed reviews on Jaz Fanara in the past. The room was perfect, located by the pool and Ziad couldn’t do enough for us to keep our room fresh and our towels changed. He, like all staff are a credit to your Hotel and company. The main restaurant manager, I think his name is Tariq, maybe, always remembers us and welcomes us with an open hand. This year I had a bad stomach. I know it happens when you visit a different country with the change in food and conditions but this was the first time in all our visits that it completely whipped me out. He couldn’t do enough for me. My partner went to the restaurant on her own and when he asked where I was, she told him. He then made sure that food was taken down to me followed later by tea. The next day when I felt more human and went to the restaurant, he gave me sound advice on what to eat and what not to eat and brought it to me, without me even asking. If staff have a personal file in the office, please make sure that my thanks and sincere gratitude are recorded in his file. His level of care and dedication to customers is second to none. On the same topic, my partner went to the pharmacy at the end of the road to get me some medication for it. The security guard offered to have a member of staff accompany her for the brief walk. Which she politely declined. I don’t know his name but he is always sat at the front during the day and he also remembers us every time we visit. I will find out his name in August when we return. I’m sure I know it but I’m terrible with remembering names. He too has my thanks and gratitude and just shows that even the externally hired staff put the customers first and foremost. Big shout out to the lads in the pool bar too. Always remember us, and talk to us like they have known us for a lifetime. It’s the little things that make a massive difference and all the staff at Jaz Fanara go above and beyond for us, and everyone. We have stayed at other hotels in Egypt, my partner has stayed in more than me and has stayed in hurgarda, but this is the reason we will always return to Jaz Fanara. Keep doing what you all do great and we will continue to return time and time again. See you all in August, and maybe even November ❤️.

Everything was perfect. Amazing location over the reef, and the staff was very kind and friendly. I’d like in particular to mention Emhad and Ksyusha for their hospitality and kindness. I suggest to book this resort if you want to have a wonderful experience.

I rarely write reviews, but this stay deserves one. The resort itself is beautiful, the sea is stunning, and the facilities are excellent. However, what truly made this holiday special were the people. A special thank you to Karim, who was always kind, welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure we were having a good time. He gave us great recommendations, including the spa, and even stopped to chat with us on the beach, making us feel less like guests and more like friends. Another heartfelt thank you goes to Mostafa, who convinced me to try scuba diving for the very first time. It was something I had always been curious about but never quite brave enough to do. Thanks to his encouragement, I had an experience I will never forget. And thank you to Sabri (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly!), who accompanied me on that underwater adventure. Exploring the coral reef at a depth of around 10 meters was absolutely breathtaking. His professionalism, patience and reassuring presence made me feel safe throughout the entire experience and allowed me to fully enjoy one of the highlights of my trip. But the biggest thank you goes to Hany, the Front Office Manager. I can honestly say that he is one of the main reasons we will remember this holiday so fondly. He helped us with every request, every question and every little issue we had during our stay. And trust me, I am not always the easiest guest to deal with! 😊 From the moment we arrived, he was always available, professional, patient and incredibly kind. Whether it was helping us when we accidentally got locked out of our room, assisting with room-related concerns, arranging solutions, answering endless questions or simply making sure everything was going well, he handled everything with genuine care and a smile. What impressed me most was that his help never felt like part of a job. He treated us with warmth, empathy and attention, making us feel truly looked after throughout our stay. Hotels can have beautiful rooms, pools and beaches, but what people remember is how they are treated. Thanks to Hany, Karim, Mostafa, Sabri and the rest of the team, we felt welcomed, cared for and valued every single day. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We hope to return one day.
