JAZ Fayrouz Resort

The location and beach are the highlights of Jaz Fayrouz. It is only a few minutes' walk from Naama Bay, with a pharmacy and supermarket conveniently located nearby. The atmosphere is lively and friendly. There is about two hours of entertainment every evening, with part of the program geared toward children and the rest for adults. Despite this, the noise level is minimal, and you can rest peacefully in your room. Most daytime activities and entertainment take place on the beach rather than around the rooms. Mr. Mohamed Sharkawy and all the restaurant staff were a delight. Even though the restaurant was always busy, they found us a table in less than a minute. The waiters were exceptionally friendly, quickly cleared tables, ensured guests had everything they needed, and made everyone feel welcome. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests really stood out. A coffee machine and juice station are available throughout the day. The food was tasty, and there was plenty of variety, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. I personally loved the pasta, potatoes, fresh fruit, cheese selection, and the grill station.: The reception staff were also exceptionally welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm attitude made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job. Our rooms were spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Three large bottles of water were provided in our room every day, which was greatly appreciated. I fell in love with the beach. It is the best beach I have ever visited. The sandy shoreline is beautiful, and the coral reefs and vividly colored fish can be seen right from the shore all the way to the buoy. There is a water sports center inside the hotel where you can book a variety of trips and activities. Overall, Jaz Fayrouz exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay there again.

Location brilliant right on the beach and only a 5 minute walk to naama bay. Hotel fine but wouldn’t go back. Food was not very good, quality was fine but it was near enough the same thing for 2 weeks. We went to the al fresco restaurant on the beach but my wife and her sister walked out as most of the food was uncovered and birds were having dinner on it and the chef had a very very bad attitude. My wife went to reception to complain and got offered a banquet that night but we didn’t go. We booked the upgraded rooms but I would have rather not have wasted over £200 for it. The shower curtain stunk vile and the shower head was about 40 years old. The room in general needs a massive update. Not much wardrobe space. Entertainment looked very poor, so went down into naama bay every night. Pirate bar staff were brilliant. First all inclusive holiday I’ve been on that you have to pay for drinks inside the hotel. We ended up paying out over £1000 per couple drinking out.

The hotel was amazing they couldn’t do enough for us the all inclusive bar near Havana cafe were brilliant Abdullah showed management material we came last year and we got excellent service through out

We have stayed here 2 weeks in May and loved it so much, the staff as always make the holiday and the staff here are 1st class, The food is excellent the bungalows are fantastic, the pools are lovely the beach is a two minute walk and it is spotless, the snack bars food is very good,I really cant recommend this hotel highly enough, we will be back in September thank you all for a wonderful holiday 🥰

Absolutley lovely hotel,perfect location on the beach,hotel spotless and staff cannot do enough for you,they work very hard,food was always lovely with a lot of choice,would absolutley recommend this hotel and will be returning.
