JAZ Mirabel Beach Resort

We had a lovely time here. The staff were all excellent. We have stayed in Jaz hotels in Hurghada a few times but this was our first time to Sharm and we will definitely return. The hotel is not 5 star UK comparable, id say its a 4. The hotel facilities are decent but the rooms are tired and could be doing with a remodelling, however in saying that, the staff especially the CS girl Meena made sure our room was perfect for us and it most definitely made our stay great. The food was good. The kids facilities were 8/10. Beach is nice, pier is lovely. The restaurant staff are cracking too , Gamal and Abd (the supervisor) from the main family restaurant were absolute gems, the servers from the outdoor restaurants were all really nice too. I think this hotel prides itself on its customer service as the Hurghada places we’ve been too the staff weren’t as nice like they were here. Even the staff in the shops in the wee arcade were lovely. We would go back here again in a heartbeat (if we can get another good deal) I dont think you’d be disappointed if you went here (for the right price) as it really is a great location and really good hotel and the staff make it great. The only thing id change is the small amount of rude people walking back to their rooms at night using raised voices and the rude neighbours dragging furniture around their rooms after midnight, but thats a manners issue with people and not a hotel issue. We had a lovely relaxing and also fun holiday and for the first time in a long time I’ve nothing to complain about, lol. I recommend.

We first went to this hotel 20yrs ago, when it was brand new It impressed us then ,20 yrs later it still impressed..we went all inclusive the food and drinks were great the staff were fantastic and became more like friends .The room was great we had a balcony with a pool view .The rooms are looking a little tired now but gardens,pools,beach jetty more than make up for this. We wouldnt think twice about staying again.

Great hotel with plenty of facilities The staff here were great and always happy to help On arrival there were 2 minor issues with the room which were solved within 30 minutes

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the JAZ Mirabel Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The service was exceptional—every detail was taken care of, and the entire resort was spotless. We felt truly pampered and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this beautiful resort! The hotel is beautiful well Maintained and very tranquil and calm one of the most relaxing holidays I’ve ever had.The staff are very helpful especially Menna the customer relations lady, Hassan at the blue bar at the pool,Mohammed the life guard,Menna and Nada at the restaurant two lovely pleasant girls.Hany the restaurant manager,Anaroub (bob) the waiter and Ahmed the chef are truly a credit to this hotel and helped immensely to ensure we had a great holiday.Our room was spotless and the balcony we had was huge all Maintained by our lovely housekeeper Mohamed who provided us with a different towel art piece everyday nothing was a bother to him and a credit to the hotel.Plenty of places around the hotel to chill and have coffee or a cold drink also snack bars offering a great choice of light snacks.The main restaurant offered a great variety and choice of dishes certainly something for everyone. We only ate at the adult only restaurant so can’t comment on the other one.Tried all 3 À la Cartes got to say the Asian was our favourite .Would I return to this hotel ? I most certainly would and can see why there are so many returning guests.
