JAZ Mirabel Beach Resort

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Jaz Mirabel, this hotel one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked through the doors, everything was fantastic and thoughtfully handled thanks to bell men Ismael, Ehab, Yasser and Sharif who looked after us attentively. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Big thanks to Mr Wael FB manager, Reception staff Abdulla, Wael, Ali and Karim an Shawky duty managers. The room was exceptional—spotlessly clean thanks to housekeeping staff, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable and very spacious. The bed was perfect, it was huge, with high-quality linens. Every detail felt carefully considered. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities were equally impressive. Bars were fully stocked with all refreshments and service was fast, always with a smile thanks to Hathiam, Mohamed and Mr Ali bar manager for wonderful care and service. Everything was well-maintained and easy to access as we had our 8month old baby with us and there was a clear sense of pride in how the hotel is run the management is excellent. The atmosphere throughout was calm, polished, and inviting. Just really beautiful! Entertainment was incredible really high quality. The location is great, close to airport so no long transfer. The beach is just absolutely gorgeous with plenty of sun beds and surrounding space which was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the service remained consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive in any restaurant we went to including al a cart restaurants and snack bars, really enjoyed. Massive thanks to all hospitality staff we really appreciate it. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of care and attention to detail from all staff. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so well—from service to comfort to overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay. Perfect for families and couples even solo travels. Truly 5 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. There are so many wonderful team members whose names I unfortunately can’t remember, but each of them contributed to making our experience special. I would like to sincerely thank every one of them. They truly made our holiday beautiful and unforgettable with their kindness and dedication.

Nice good but Once, we wanted to eat at the beach cafeteria because it was nearby, but we were kicked out by a rather overweight worker on our last day. This bothered us, and we think he was the manager.

When we walked in to the lobby of this hotel we were like wow amazing. We arrived late and checking in wasn’t too bad we had to fill in a form. Then we were taking to our room on a buggy by a staff member who helped take our cases up the stairs. Pool/beach- lovely never had to fight for a bed if there was no beds the life guards would help find up one. Plenty of pools so never crowded. Pool towels provided just leave near door later on in the evening and they come change them for clean one. Beach is right on the doorstep, plenty of sun beds, water is shallow, if you want to snorkel you can go down to the end of the pier when you can go off. Food/drink- there is 2 restaurants one for adults and one for families, we were taking to the adult one day and our daughter is 12 and they were fine with her being in there. There was a variety of food good choice if you’re not fussy then you would be fine. The snacks from the snack bar were ok the burgers were nice good selection. Drinks were okay good selection cocktails, beer, juices and fizzy. We took our own bottles and they would fill them up. Room- nice big room we had a double bed and a single bed the bathroom was nice and big. The balcony was huge. There’s not enough plug sockets so I would advise to bring a long adapter. The housekeepers came in every day and if you leave them a tip they will leave you a towel shape/ animal on your bed which is nice. They leave the rooms lovely. Staff- really lovely , helpful yes they like tips and will do more for you if you do tip but even if you don’t they will still help you. Money/Tips- they will accept dollars, pounds,euros and Egyptian pounds. Take lots of smaller notes so it’s easier to tip. Entertainment- staff worked hard all day doing all sorts throughout the day and then into the night. We had a pool party one night which was so fun. They had the evening entertainment on the beach. They had a light dance show, they even set up an area like a circus theme. They had an inflatable slide in the pool one day.

We came in March and reviewed this beautiful hotel on the Jaz Mirabel Park page buf feel I need to write another review on this page too. Do not be put off by the poor reviews, there are far more reviews praising this Hotel. Arrival, we arrived well after midnight tired and hungry and were delighted that we could get a meal over in the Beach restaurent. Then an Obligatory Cocktail in the lobby bar. I can highly recommend Luxor Sands cocktail. Our room, was spotlessly clean with crisp linens and fluffy towels. We always had lovely towel sculptures when we came back to the room. Restaurent, food was varied, always hot and well cooked. If like me you like your meat do try the beef Wellington and the tagines are delicious. The vegetables are always perfectly cooked no mushy broccoli and cauliflower. The salads are crisp and plenty of choice of dressings Breakfast fluffy omelettes cooked to order or poached or fried eggs, along with the usual continental choices. The desert cakes are delicious and inventive and my waistline can attest to how good they are. The pool area, is spotlessly clean with plenty of loungers, the smaller of the pools are heated which in March for us was a bonus. A few brave souls used the bigger unheated pool. Pool bar, was great for drinks and service with a smile. Reception were great, gave us a snack bag when we went on a trip and attended to our only issue which was our door handle came off in my hand but by the time we returned from our trip it was fixed. The snack bar, fantastic burgers, pizza and fish and chips, the waffles looked great too but I didn't try them. All the staff were amazing and so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as perfect as it could be but a few really went the extra mile Mostafa in the restaurent, has the memory of an elephant and eyes in the back of his head. More often than not there was a table with our drinks already on as soon as we walked in Muhammed in the Lobby bar, drinks appeared magically before we had finished the previous one. Always served with a smile and a bit of banter. Osama in the pool bar, always so cheerful and often bought us drinks over. If you want ice ask for it. Ice and food is prepared with mineral water and is quote safe to eat and drink. Bottled water in your room is best kept in the fridge and if you need more just ask. We left with new friends and a booking to return in October we are counting the days down to come back We were advised at the welcome meeting to not drink the tap water and to use bottled water to clean our teeth and we had no issues with a runny tummy See you all in October!
