We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for what turned out to be an amazing and memorable holiday, made even more special by the exceptional service we received from Menna in Guest Relations. Although we experienced a few issues during our stay, Menna went above and beyond to address every concern and ensure our holiday was everything we had hoped for. From the very beginning, her professionalism, kindness, understanding and genuine care were absolutely outstanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She listened patiently, took our concerns seriously and went to extraordinary lengths to make sure we were happy and could thoroughly enjoy the rest of our holiday. What impressed us most was how genuinely passionate she was about making our experience a positive one. She didn’t just do her job; she went that extra mile, and her dedication made such a difference. Menna is an absolute credit to the hotel and a true asset to the Guest Relations team. Management should be incredibly proud to have such a wonderful, caring and dedicated member of staff. What could have been a disappointing experience was completely turned around, leaving us with fantastic memories of our holiday. Menna, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us. Your kindness, hard work and exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed. You truly made our holiday special, and we are incredibly grateful. We wouldn't return, food is 3 star, hotel is 3.5 star, absolutely full of vile russian guests, the hotel staff are amazing and can't do enough to help you but sadly the poor food and rude guests is something they cannot change.

An excellent hotel. Staff are so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the fact that the Jaz Mirabel has its own beach and we were there often. Food is available virtually all day and my wife and I found it very good. We have booked to return next October and have been promised the same room. Looking forward to this.

First time in Egypt for us and we loved Jaz Mirabel, staff are amazing and especially Menna from guest relations has been outstanding helpful with any information we needed during our stay. Worth mentioning for us : Spacious and clean room, daily change of linen and towels + very comfortable bed, good food and drinks choices as well as evening entertainment ! Can’t find one thing to complain really. Can’t wait to go back again. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have chosen this resort ❤️

We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, and we appreciated the overall experience. However, some improvements would make the stay even better, including renovating the rooms, replacing the sun loungers on the beach and around the pools, improving the Wi-Fi, upgrading the TVs, offering a wider variety of seafood, and heating all swimming pools. Overall, we had a good holiday and hope to see these improvements in the future.
