JAZ Mirabel Beach Resort

We stayed in the Jaz Mirabel Hotel in late February, beginning of March. We were a family with 2 children (4 and 10) and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is calm, clean and with really friendly staff. Garden is well maintained, pools are clean and facilities also. Beach was a bit windy, but also really clean. We liked the variety of food and also the taste was really OK. Animation staff were friendly and helpful and all the evenings were different dance shows. So there was something for every taste! The people in Shopping arcade were also polite and didn't push with every penny to buy stuff. We surely are thinking of going back as we had a super stay. Maybe a bit later than in the beginning of March, as 3 out of 6 days were a bit too windy. The frog pool for small kids had a heating on, but not the rainbow pool for small children. That was a bit cold. But the main pool was heated and super cosy. Also the life savers were friendly and helpful. So everything was super!

Very beautiful surroundings. The food is good and plentiful, but it is often prepared poorly—overcooked or boiled too much. The beds are comfortable, but the rooms are in need of renovation. The furniture in the restaurant is also very old and worn out. However, all of this can be overlooked because the helpful staff and the wonderful, well-maintained environment overshadow the shortcomings. I would recommend this hotel to guests who are not overly demanding. Strong 8 of 10.

Lovely place and amazing staff. We had a fantastic time. My new friend Mohammad is a brilliant guy who was always looking after us and is genuinely a top person, we will miss him. We look forward to returning and seeing everyone again.

We had a fantastic time in this resort. Perfect with kids and has everything you need. Heated pools were really nice and warm and food selection was incredible and we only really tried two of the restaurants.
