JAZ Mirabel Beach Resort

Myself and Julie have just returned today after a two week stay at the Jaz Mirabel Beach. Had an absolutely fabulous time the food was great and the restaurant staff in all venues were brilliant. Bar staff awesome and the best Mojito maker in Mustafa. I also must give a special thank you to Shady and Menna from guest relations who made our stay memorable. Thank you again Shady and Menna.

We have just returned from a fantastic two-week stay at Jaz Mirabel Beach Resort (21st May – 4th June) and honestly, we are already talking about coming back. This was our third visit to Sharm El Sheikh but our first time staying at Jaz Mirabel Beach. We travelled as a family with our 10-year-old daughter and can confidently say this is one of the best all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The airport transfer was quick and comfortable, and we were immediately impressed by the beautiful lobby and the warm welcome from the staff. Check-in was fast and efficient, and we were delighted to be upgraded from our booked garden-view double room to a spacious family room right by the beach (Room 2184). The room itself was excellent. It was very spacious, with a separate sleeping area for our daughter, which made a huge difference. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bathroom was large with excellent shower pressure, and unlike many hotels we've stayed in, the shower didn't flood the bathroom floor! We did have a small issue with a lamp, but after reporting it, it was fixed almost immediately. The staff couldn't apologise enough, even though it really wasn't a major issue. A huge thank you must go to Ashraf, our housekeeper. He was absolutely incredible and is someone we will genuinely miss. I like to sleep in, and he was always so accommodating and flexible with cleaning times. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Every day our room was spotless, and he even organised our belongings when we'd left things scattered around. Ashraf is a credit to the hotel. Now onto the food – simply outstanding. Over the course of two weeks, there was never a single evening where all three of us couldn't fill our plates with food we genuinely enjoyed. Breakfast had a fantastic selection including pancakes, waffles, omelette stations and everything else you could possibly want to start your day. For lunch, we spent a lot of time at the Waves and Reef Snack Bars. The pizzas, pasta, shawarma and chicken wings were all excellent. A special mention must go to Malak at the Reef Snack Bar. He always made our day and somehow always managed to find us a table, even during busy periods. His friendly personality, warm welcome and attention to guests really stood out throughout our stay. Every evening we looked forward to seeing my Sahby Chef Omar on the BBQ station. Whatever he was cooking always looked and tasted amazing. He was always a light to my Evening. In the main restaurant, Maqmoud provided some of the best service we have ever experienced on holiday. He was attentive, genuinely caring and always remembered us. If my daughter or I missed breakfast, he would ask where we were and check that everything was okay. Then when he saw us later at dinner, he'd tell us he had missed us. It's those little personal touches that make a holiday special. Maqmoud couldn't do enough for us, and we will genuinely miss seeing him every day. We also visited both à la carte restaurants, Nino's Italian and Makai Tukai Oriental. Both were excellent, with fantastic food and wonderfully friendly staff. The bar service throughout the resort was exceptional. During the day, we mostly used the pool bar where Hassan made the best cocktails we had all holiday. Not only were the drinks fantastic, but he was also such a lovely person to chat with. Before long, he knew exactly what I wanted before I even asked. Sadly, he was moved elsewhere towards the end of our stay and we never got the chance to say goodbye. If by some chance you're reading this, Hassan, thank you for everything! Another special mention goes to Moustafa, who constantly checked on us throughout the day. Whether it was filling our Stanley cups with ice or bringing us refreshing surprise drinks in the afternoon, he always went above and beyond. The pool areas are fantastic. On a few occasions pools had to be temporarily closed for maintenance, but issues were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. The beauty of this resort is that there are multiple pools, so it was never an inconvenience. The pools are spotless and clearly very well maintained. We never struggled to find sunbeds either. The lifeguards and pool staff deserve huge praise. Once they got to know us, they remembered exactly where we liked to sit, who preferred shade and who wanted full sun. Eventually they would see us approaching and already have our beds prepared. We made several friends during our stay and the staff even helped ensure we could all sit together. That level of service is remarkable. Although I'm not normally a beach person, we found ourselves spending more and more time there. The beach is beautiful, but the real highlight is the sea. The water is crystal clear and anyone visiting absolutely must walk down the jetty and go snorkelling. The underwater scenery is simply incredible. We didn't participate in many organised activities, but there was always plenty happening around the resort for guests who wanted to get involved. We did join the Hard Rock Café trip with Cindy, which was excellent as always. The evening entertainment was also very good, with multiple options available every night. During our stay, Eid celebrations were taking place, and the resort put on some incredible events and parties. The person who deserves perhaps the biggest thank you of all is Menna from Guest Relations. Quite simply, she is exceptional. She contacted us via WhatsApp on our second day to introduce herself and from that point onwards she could not have done more for us. Every question was answered, every concern was dealt with immediately, and she genuinely cared about our family's wellbeing. Our daughter developed an ear problem during the holiday, and Menna checked on her every single day. Later, when I became unwell after making the mistake of having ice outside the hotel, Menna immediately offered to arrange soup, chicken and rice to be sent to my room. What amazed us most was that even after she had travelled home to Cairo before the end of our stay, she continued checking in with us to make sure everything was okay. Menna is an absolute credit to Jaz Mirabel Beach and one of the best guest relations professionals we have ever encountered. I would also like to mention King Richard, who runs some of the shops in the shopping arcade. He is a genuinely lovely man, never pressures anyone into buying anything, has fair prices and always greeted us like old friends. We looked forward to seeing him every day and hope to see him again in the future. The gardens throughout the resort are absolutely stunning. The amount of landscaping is incredible and everything is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Honestly, we struggle to keep our tiny garden at home looking good, so how the gardening team keeps this huge resort looking so perfect is beyond us! Cleanliness throughout the resort was outstanding. Everywhere was spotless, and maintenance standards were equally impressive. We never saw anything that looked neglected or out of place. What impressed us most about Jaz Mirabel Beach wasn't just the facilities, food or location—it was the people. From reception to housekeeping, guest relations, restaurants, bars, lifeguards, gardeners and maintenance staff, every single person seemed genuinely invested in making guests happy. You can tell that excellent service is part of the culture here, and that is what truly sets this hotel apart. The staff don't just do their jobs; they make you feel welcomed, valued and genuinely cared for throughout your stay. As for improvements? Honestly, there isn't much to say. Any issue we encountered was resolved almost instantly, which tells you everything you need to know about how seriously the hotel takes guest satisfaction. The only tiny suggestion would be that it would sometimes be nice to take pizza from the snack bar back to a sunbed. However, we completely understand that in a resort of this size, managing that would be difficult and would likely create cleanliness issues. It's certainly not something that would affect our rating. One final point for anyone considering booking: if you experience any issue during your stay, please speak to the staff. Don't wait until you get home and write a negative review. The team here genuinely wants to help and resolve problems, and in our experience they do so incredibly quickly. There are so many staff members who contributed to making our stay special that it would be impossible to name them all, but every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely caring. We would return in a heartbeat. In fact, if we could live here, we probably would. Whether you're a family, a couple, an older traveller, a diver, a snorkeller, a beach lover or someone who simply wants excellent service and a relaxing holiday, this resort has something for everyone. Recently had our 2nd stay at the Jaz Mirabel beach hotel. My husband & I stayed for 2 weeks in rm 2179. A fabulous room located centrally to the complex. Rm cleaned everyday to a high standard & some very interesting towel art left for us on the bed everyday was great. Menna from customer service was amazing, attentive & so helpful, she & so many other staff made our 25th wedding anniversary celebration one to remember. Shout out to Hassan onThe blue bar was the loveliest member of staff, always happy with a welcoming smile everyday & made the best gin & tonics according to my husband! The staff at the lunch hut, pizza & pasta were lovely also, welcoming and happy to see us everyday.. it makes such a difference when staff genuinely welcome you wherever you go. Food was nice, something for everyone. All in all a great hotel to stay at in Eygpt. Looking forward to returning soon.

We had a fabulous stay at this resort! The staff are incredible and the service was the best! Our housekeeper Mohammad was absolutely fantastic and looked after us whilst we stayed in room 5249. Moustafa and Mr Mohammed from the La fattoria restaurant were so attentive and great, our drinks were ready at the table for us and moustafa always made sure we had everything we need. My children really enjoyed the stay here, Hannah will miss Mr Mohammad the manager! Thank you for a lovely experience!

We had an absolutely outstanding stay at Jaz Mirabel, this hotel one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked through the doors, everything was fantastic and thoughtfully handled thanks to bell men Ismael, Ehab, Yasser and Sharif who looked after us attentively. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Big thanks to Mr Wael FB manager, Reception staff Abdulla, Wael, Ali and Karim an Shawky duty managers. The room was exceptional—spotlessly clean thanks to housekeeping staff, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable and very spacious. The bed was perfect, it was huge, with high-quality linens. Every detail felt carefully considered. It struck the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities were equally impressive. Bars were fully stocked with all refreshments and service was fast, always with a smile thanks to Hathiam, Mohamed and Mr Ali bar manager for wonderful care and service. Everything was well-maintained and easy to access as we had our 8month old baby with us and there was a clear sense of pride in how the hotel is run the management is excellent. The atmosphere throughout was calm, polished, and inviting. Just really beautiful! Entertainment was incredible really high quality. The location is great, close to airport so no long transfer. The beach is just absolutely gorgeous with plenty of sun beds and surrounding space which was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. It was the perfect way to start each day, and the service remained consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive in any restaurant we went to including al a cart restaurants and snack bars, really enjoyed. Massive thanks to all hospitality staff we really appreciate it. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of care and attention to detail from all staff. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so well—from service to comfort to overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay. Perfect for families and couples even solo travels. Truly 5 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
