Amazing hotel even better staff. Where do I start menna from guest relations goes above and beyond she is a little diamond that this hotel should cherish. The hotel food is also great could do with a little more choices but all food is very tasty and they catered for my autistic son to who only eats chocolate pancakes an they made them when ever requested which was a real special touch Amr in the restaurant was always amazing at having us a table ready and getting us any drinks or anything we needed in general a lovely man. Then on to pool boys again great Hazem Mahmood always happy to help with our sun loungers an towels everyday also Resk on the pool bar an shisha at night is a real lovely bloke who will go above and beyond for you to make your holiday amazing and if you do go here it really will be amazing you won’t be disappointed at all

Everything was excellent!!!!The staff was very kind!!!The food was very delicious!!!I recommend everybody to be here once in their lifetime!!!

Hotel was amazing. Beautiful surroundings Staff work so hard, spotlessly clean everywhere Asked for an hour and was in the room in less than an hour. Perfect from start to finish would definitely recommend.

Recently stayed here. We had a few issues e.g. my food allergy not being passed on to the catering staff. But once I'd spoken to guest relations, they stopped at nothing to fix any issues. To the point where, when I entered the main restaurant a waiter "Mohammed" made sure I only ate the food that wouldn't cause issue. This is a fantastic hotel.

Our stay was wonderful. Our family room was large and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Sharm (Nshalla).
