JAZ Mirabel Beach Resort

Super friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to help. Hotel facilities and pools were great. Food was fine, location was good. Pity the sea was so shallow! Great shops in the hotel and great water sports available close by.

We've just returned a few days ago after being at the hotel for two weeks. Firstly, the positives: the staff are amazing, they are the reason this isn't a lower score. The a'la carte at makai tukai was one of the best I've had and we've been all around the world. The negatives: none of my family ate anything you are warned about (salads etc) yet each of us are ill, I was ill the whole of our second week and I'm still ill now after being home a few days. The entertainment on a night is terrible, most of what they do is on the beach so you get eaten alive by the flies and mosquitos. Near the main building on a night they have singers who sound like bad karaoke but without the correct words. There is nothing like at other hotels where the crowd gets involved, no humour, no even speaking between songs, for the most part they connect their phone to the speaker and sing along. Other hotels we've stayed at for this type of cost we expect shows and to be entertained this had none of that. We have been Egypt previously and can honestly say this will be the last time.

I recently stayed at Hotel Jaz and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. The view was absolutely stunning, especially in the early morning and late evening — it really added something special to the stay. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and great flavour. Every meal felt fresh and well prepared, and the presentation made it feel a bit more premium than the usual hotel buffet. The entertainment was decent, offering a relaxed atmosphere in the evenings. It wasn’t overly loud or intrusive, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. What stood out the most was the service from the staff. They were consistently friendly, polite, and attentive. Whether it was at reception, the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone made an effort to ensure guests felt comfortable and well looked after. Their warm attitude really elevated the whole experience. Overall, Hotel Jaz offers beautiful views, great food, and genuinely lovely staff, making it a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone made us feel very welcome. The food was enjoyable, and we especially appreciated the variety of options available. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, and there are many facilities and activities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
