Just returned from a lovely relaxing week just me and my sister Ideal place to just chill. Reem on reception always greeted us with a smile and very helpful The rooms are clean but only one plug socket Mohammad the waiter in the lobby bar very funny keeping the drinks flowing Restaurant had a good choice of food always hot, desserts very repetitive with cakes and ice cream cart every other day would of been nice every evening Out waiters Osama, Ahmed & Mohammad were amazing and greeted us every mealtime and looked after us throughout our stay Pools are good size one side heated it has walk in steps but no rail to help so people with walking difficulties may struggle Amazing staff at the pool at especially Mohammad the waiter A big thank you to Ahmed arafat ( pool supervisor) for his help daily with sunbeds Animation team Jack & Angel works really hard to keep you entertained Evening entertainment is very basic at park / club unfortunately and very repetitive which is the only thing that lets this hotel down You can go to the beach hotel for entertainment and use the facilities but it was a bit too far for my sister to walk The beach is a bit of a trek also but if you ask at reception they will arrange a golf buggy to take you down and will pick up again. If you give them a time The beach has a bar but the sand is a bit gritty I would definitely return and would feel safe travelling solo

We have just returned from 7 days at this hotel which we found extremely pleasant with beautiful surroundings and excellent staff who will go above and beyond to help, big shout out to the 2 barman at Oasis bar who kept the drinks flowing all week, also the lifeguards who were always happy to put towel on sunbeds....amazing animation team with jack, angel and dee dee, also a young girl (not sure of her name) that kept everyone active and also allowed my daughter to join in with the team doing aqua gym and boooomba, another shout out the 2 waiters at the main restaurant who were very helpful and friendly as was the manager and chef, food was always good, we never ate at lunchtime only at the snack bar which was also very good We would recommend the Asian a la carte as the food and staff was excellent, we would not hesitate to come back and would recommend Guest relations coming round to check all is ok with your stay is a added bonus, thank you all for a wonderful holiday and we hope to see you all soon

The surroundings are wonderful—very spacious, green, and beautifully maintained. There are countless pools, sun loungers, and bars. There were very few guests during our stay, yet all the bars, pools, water slides, and entertainment were still operating. The restaurant staff were excellent—very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices. However, the absence of champagne was quite surprising. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained, but after all, we didn’t come here to spend our time in the room.

Visited for 5 nights with my cousin. A rest and relaxation break. The hotel was amazing in so many ways. Spotless everywhere and our room was cleaned to an impeccable standard daily. Staff all so helpful, polite and friendly - couldn’t do enough to help. Little Mohammed at the pool bar (with the Zumba) was fantastic - serving us drinks at our sunbed when not busy. Restaurant staff engaging, some even remembered our names. Food was a good quality and plenty of choices. Outdoor BBQ cooking fresh meat/fish, usual salad/veg/pasta and plenty of other dishes. We visited the Italian and Asian à la carte restaurants, both were fantastic but the Asian particularly was incredible. The food was amazing and they kept bringing us the things were were enjoying! A really fabulous experience. Drinks good quality, decent cocktails. Entertainment team worked hard and daytime activities (darts, Zumba, Aquafit, stretch etc). No evening entertainment while we were there which was a shame but due to it being quality chilly in the evenings I think. On one night they had a disco, we didn’t go so not sure if it was good! Finally we are very grateful to Menna who looked after us, arranging our à la care visit, a visit from an engineer when we couldn’t work the safe and checking in with us to see if we were happy with everything. We are so grateful to the whole team. We had the best time and would absolutely love to return.
