JAZ Mirabel Park & Club

This was our second holiday here and didn't disappoint. The staff were fantastic. A special mention to Hassan in the main bar looked after us all so well. Osama was great in the restaurant. The guys at the pool bar also great service 10/10 👌 👍

I recently came home from my third trip to sharm in a year.I have visited the hotel on all three occasions and I can honestly say it’s got something for everyone! The food is varied, the weather has been beautiful everytime and the staff are what stand out the most. The staff across the whole hotel are so accommodating and friendly to all guests which was lovely to see.A special shoutout to Wania who works in guest relations/animation team. She came and introduced herself on our first full day and checked in throughout the whole trip. She kept us up to date with different events around the hotel and also any exterior events happening. She is a real asset to the hotel. Additionally, the entire staff force in the restaurant and bars were amazing. I will be coming back again next year! Thankyou Jaz Mirabel park & club

Staff was friendly and helpful. Area was very beautiful and green. We got diarrhea on second day after eating pizza and kebab on snack bar. Beach and pools are very good. 18+ area is confortable with soft sunbeds. Overall ezperiance 5/4

The hotel itself is quite nice — well-maintained grounds, decent pools, and friendly staff. However, our entire vacation was ruined by severe stomach issues and constant diarrhea from start to finish. We ended up spending half of our trip in the room attached to the toilet instead of enjoying the beach. There’s plenty of food, but hygiene standards at the buffet or issues with tap water/ice seem to be a real problem. Overall, a mixed impression: lovely property, but a total stomach nightmare. 4 stars only for the staff and grounds, but we won't be returning.

A very enjoyable stay at the Jaz Mirabel resort, staff were friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the location, short transfer from the airport and not far to any activities. Food was good and we never had any issues with meals. Good value for money and we would definitely go again. Special mention to Hassan in the lobby bar, a true gentleman who couldn't have done anymore for us and makes an ice coffee that's 10/10.
