JAZ Mirabel Park & Club

Had a fantastic stay at Jaz Mirabel Park & Club Resort with my daughters! We stayed on the Park side, close to the Beach side, and the entire resort was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean with staff constantly keeping everywhere pristine. The resort is big, which means it never feels overcrowded, and there’s a great range of amenities. You also get access to facilities across all three hotels (except the main dining room), which is more than enough to keep you entertained. The food was a real highlight—loads of variety in the main restaurant, most of which tasted fresh. The beach and park side snack bars were exceptional 👌🏾.  Freshly made to order, full of flavour, and always satisfying. The Asian a la carte (Makai Tukai) was also good from starters to mains to desserts. Drinks (mocktails and cocktails) were of very good quality. The atmosphere during the day was relaxed yet lively with various activities going on, which made it perfect for both unwinding and enjoying the vibe. The beach and jetty were clean and beautiful, with a great spot for snorkeling. Rooms were well maintained, clean, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly (a must!). The mini aqua park was also a fun and relaxing addition 👍🏽😁 But the standout feature has to be the staff—truly incredible. Kind, efficient, helpful, and always bringing a great sense of humour when they interacted with us sometimes. They genuinely made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing time. A special mention to the cleaning staff, the real MVPs! Our room was always thoroughly cleaned. The location of the resort was very ideal, close to almost everything. 15 minutes from the airport and also had shops and restaurants very close by. Overall, we had a wonderful week in Sharm ❤️😍 and would definitely recommend this resort!

All the staff were brilliant very friendly Especially Mohamed the younger one at the snack bar and the entertainment team especially jack,Cindy and angel all very friendly and kind great at the jobs.the only thing that wasn’t good was the entertainment manager he has been rude to his employees and came over and told us jack (one of the staff entertainers) was fake.he was also very sharp tounged towards them but other than him it was a amazing stay and I would love to come back!!

Our first visit to Sharm. 2 x adults and 4 children aged 9,11,14 and 15. We were given 2 x adjoining rooms. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Had a couple of minor maintenance issues but these were dealt with immediately after being reported. The rooms are a decent size. We had some noise from the road outside but overall the rooms were good. The cleaning staff were amazing, left cute displays for our Sonic obsessed son. They rearranged his plushes and figures every day for him. The restaurant staff were wonderful, especially Islam. So friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Such a lovely young man, always smiling and such a hard worker. Food was good, fresh and well presented. Entertainment was a bit repetitive for our liking and we found that a lot of the nightly activities, especially pool and beach parties, never actually happened as advertised. Had several massages at the spa and they were amazing, staff at the spa were very professional and welcoming. We didn't like the constant interruptions by excursion sellers, spa package sellers (after purchasing packages) and photographers, when relaxing around the pool. The pools were excellent, clean, well maintained and friendly lifeguards. Pool bar staff were friendly and helpful. Reception staff I found to be quite off hand and replied with "all information is on the app" when I enquired about entertainment etc. The grounds are beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Beach was gorgeous, well spaced out sun loungers. The only downside was the amount of people smoking. A smoking or non smoking section would have been nice. Overall we had a great experience. We had a great overall experience.

Room was clean but dated - the cleaning staff were amazing and very accommodating (specially Mohammed). Food and servers were great, good variety of meals. Pool bars were good but service there wasn’t amazing and staff weren’t the friendliest at the pool bars (half filled drinks, no ice, etc..) We were room. 5109 and could hear the loud evening entertainment every night until approx 11pm. Entertainment staff were friendly and great. People selling trips, photography and water sports were friendly but a bit pushy and would often try to sell us things multiple times in the same day even if we’d previously said no. Good location and good beach.

We enjoyed a very wonderful vacation, especially with this wonderful person Osama. He was handsome throughout the trip and happy, and we will return for him. Thank you very much, Osama.
