JAZ Mirabel Park & Club

We recently stayed at JAZ Mirabel Park & Club and honestly had one of the most enjoyable family holidays we’ve experienced. From the moment we arrived until check-out, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The hospitality at this resort is exceptional everyone is friendly, professional, hardworking, and always ready to help with a smile on their face. The food was absolutely amazing with a huge variety every day, and the hotel always tried their best to accommodate every need and request. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard and the entire resort was kept spotless and beautiful. A very special thank you goes to Mr Karim, and Ariadna, who truly made our stay extra special. He constantly made sure we were comfortable, happy, and well looked after throughout our holiday. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests really stand out and reflect the high standards of the hotel. Staff like him are the reason guests return again and again. You can really see the effort the entire team puts into making every guest feel relaxed and cared for. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I am currently writing this review sat in the reception area waiting to go home wishing I was staying longer, we have had the best time at Jaz mirabel. The staff are so kind and welcoming the whole time we were here, they were so friendly and nothing was too much to ask for! We stayed on the park side however there is a beach side of the hotel which is available to use but we mainly used park side, Mohammad that was on the pool bar was exceptional he would greet us every morning and make us the most amazing cocktails and was to the point he would see our drinks were empty and bring us more by our sun loungers!! Mohammad that was in the AI buffet restaurant greeted us with a smile before every meal got us drinks and would go the extra mile during our meal times! We will fondly miss the toothpick games he done after our meals, the animation team especially angel and Mario were so great! I can only thank them enough for making our holiday one to remember they not only made pools games and evening entertainment so much fun but also taking us to the Hard Rock Cafe for a night out was an unforgettable evening! The food can be very repetitive and you may find chicken to be your new favourite meal while here but always cooked perfectly and tasted great!! Our room was always spotless so big thank you to Mohammad our cleaner who was making the most incredible towel art for us! All in all it has been an amazing trip and we will most definitely be booking to come again!

This hotel is in a great location me and my family love everything about it from the pools to the buffet restaurant snack bar. But can’t forget the brilliant staff that work there. We have always had a brilliant Holiday every time we have been. Rooms are clean every day fresh pool towels every day. And the weather was great.

Just returned from 10 night stay. Lovely hotel. The staff make it so great. They are all friendly and helpful. Once they know what you want. They dont have to ask anymore. They just bring it over. In restaurant Amin & Mustafa went above and beyond for us. Evening waiter ( sorry can't remember his name). Always knew what we were drinking. Lifeguard couldn't do enough for us every morning. Cleaner of our room 5347 sorry can't remember his name? But he was so good. We loved the towel art every day. And the room was always spotless. Had a lovely restful stay.

Excellent service by Mohammed cleaning our room 5241. He would go out his way to provide an excellent service and immaculate clean room. Thank you
