JAZ Mirabel Park & Club

We stayed here for 2 weeks as a family of four. Overall we had a great time as we believe you make your own holiday as good as you want. ROOM Not the best or cleanest but had everything you needed. Prices for the mininar are ridiculous. I just asked for them to take out the stock and not to fill it. Don't know why but you have to change your beach towels with your housekeeper/room cleaner. Rating 5/10 Main Restaurant. We stayed in the park side and the main restaurant that we used was great. Always found something delicious to eat for all three main meals. Also we found the staff in here to go above and beyond for us, especially Eslam and the Manager Mohamed (who does a great impression of Peter Andre and mysterious girl) 😂. They made our meal time that extra special. RATING 8/10 POOLS We preferred the pool in Club. One thing I would advise is to buy none slip shoes before you come out and keep them on whilst you swim/relax around the pools as it is really slippery and we seen so many people fall. I don't know why hotels use tiles with no grip around pools🤔. Bar staff around club were absolutely brilliant also the life guards. We truely had a great time with these people. We would like to give a special mention to Osama the pool barman. What a credit to this hotel. (We love you Ozzy). This guy was brilliant with us and the kids. What a guy👍 pink party in the pool was great but please watch your kids as some adults can be a bit stupid. RATING 8/10 BEACH. Didn't really use it tbh but it looked lovely and well maintained. GYM Was good enough, however Yehia who works there is really professional and he puts you through your paces. Thank you my friend you also are a credit to this hotel 👍 We noticed a few rude staff who worked here but we never let them spoil our fun as we really enjoyed our time with the friendly ones. Can this hotel improve in parts -Yes. Do the rooms look dated -yes More hand sanitizer stations needed in restaurants and food courts. Entertainment though day is good. Evening entertainment is ok but we did go out a lot so unfare to comment on this. Would we come here again? 👍👍YES Overall Rating for us 7/10.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in room 4122 and it is large, well laid out and all the bed mattresses appear new and are really comfy. All the staff are really helpful but two stuck out as being exceptional. Fekry who cleaned our room daily to such a high standard, always going the extra mile, customer service as it should be. We enjoyed his daily towel sculptures and he always wished our family a good day, he’s a credit to Jaz Mirabel. The other member of staff who looked after our every need over our two weeks at Jaz Mirabel was our fantastic friend waiter Islam who couldn’t do enough for us. They are both truly brilliant and we appreciated their service. The pools, beach, restaurants and food offerings make Jaz Mirabel Park a fantastic option at what I consider a good price. We will be back!

This is more of a 4 star than 5 but I liked it overall for the price I paid Location - some people would say it’s a bit out of the way but everywhere easily accessible in taxi. There is a restaurant, pharmacy and some shops nearby the hotel and about 15mins walk away a Chinese and more shops/restuarants so I liked the location Rooms - positives were the size and cleanliness- big and clean. The cleaner was lovely and so polite and made lovely towel art for me. He really made me happy. The air con was very good which I liked The 2 negatives was the bed was quite hard and also the block I was in was near the entertainment area and the music is ridiculously loud you can hear every word of bad music until often after 11pm, to be honest this put me off returning a bit Entertainment - the entertainment is not too bad. They have music for kids and a few shows and then on the terrace usually a musician and singer which was nice. Food and drinks - alcohol fine, Diet Pepsi and Pepsi and various juices so drinks fine. Food is ok, pretty standard all inclusive, pizzas at the snack bar are nice Pools and beach - lots of pools which are nice and always got a sunbed. Beach is a bit gravely but the water is so clear. You can go in the shallow bit at any time and if you go right towards the rock you can see colourful fish. They have long jetty which you can walk down and snorkel from and that is amazing- so many fish and corals to see. It’s not always open but that is not the hotels fault- they don’t open it if the water is too choppy and that’s for the best as the Red Sea can get very choppy All in all I enjoyed my stay

Awful problem after problem rooms are so out dated broken no lights in ceiling 1 plug socket stained sheets. Food is awful

Best & only experience was the service provided by the team of workers in the restraunts, the pool bars & the cleaners who worked tirelesly
