JAZ Mirabel Park & Club

This was my second stay at The Jaz Mirabel, already booked for April 27’ 10/10 on all aspects from service, to food. Really looked after and treated like VIP’s right across the board. Stay there, you will not be disappointed. 👍

We just returned from a fantastic two week holiday here. It is the perfect hotel for a family of four who enjoy a beach/pool holiday as well as numerous watersports and exciting tour adventures. I can't say enough about how great the staff are here - thank you guys, you are all amazing. Mohammed, Amin and Emel in La Trattoria. The two Mohammeds at the pool bar. And most of all for me, Yehia in the gym. This guy is hands down the best personal trainer on the planet and such a nice guy. His immense knowledge, ability to inspire and safely push you to your limit is incredible. What an asset to the hotel and to any gym anywhere. The food, the poolside family room, the lovely grounds, everything was great. Thank you again - we will be back.

Positives. Food was good and varies, pizza at the snack bar was superb. Lots to do with the kids, entertainment crew were fantastic. Negatives: too hot being honest for a brit bit that's my fault for booking it in august

Honest Review: Spent 10 nights here family of 7. 4 adults 2 teens and a 7 year old. Staff can't do enough for you. Our cleaner Mohammed was fantastic, room was spotless. Ishmail around the pool was great. Menna guest relations was fantastic. The grounds are beautiful but I wouldn't say it's a 5 star, rooms are very dated. We had a few issues but Karim the hotel manager met with me and sorted everything out. He went above and beyond. Food was ok very repetitive. We mostly ate at the Pool bar. Waiter Mohammed always greeted us with a smile and couldn't do enough for you. Majority of staff were amazing. Would I go back probably not 3 out of 7 of us were ok but the rest had upset stomach and 1 is still not right now. I gave 4 stars due to the hard work of staff and the grounds.

We stayed at Jaz Mirabel Park in Sharm el Sheikh as a young couple. We left extremely satisfied with the facilities but mainly with the incredible staff that always made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Absolute recommendation!
