Was ment to be fully inclusive, but could not get snacks from pool bar till 12.30 not even lollipops. The main bar in hotel not always manned. Try to get a cuppa tea would have to wait 20 mins

Very good. Sun good. Food good. Room cleaned very well every day by Ahmed. Decoration in room very good.

We enjoyed our holiday at Jaz Neo the staff were really friendly and helpful. Sharky Reda and Seda were really good to us helping with changing money an d nice massages. The food was good and all the staff in restaurant were lovely. They helped us with taxis very nice man there. The pizzas at the pool restaurant are to die for. We would definitely go again but not in June as it was too hot for me.

The staff here are amazing I cannot fault them at all. The cleaners the receptionists, the porters, the waiters and animation team were all amazing. Everyone helped as much as they could, when you had questions queries or needed help. Hospitality is definitely 5 stars. Big shout out to Ahmed- The Porter, Sharky- The excursions advisor, Mina- The Receptionist, Sinem- The Animation Lady. I also had a wonderful cleaner who's name I believe was Mohamed. These workers deserve a pay rise they all work so hard. In terms of the atmosphere it was very hit and miss, especially when you travel solo I am usually up for meeting new people making new friends. A lot of Brits stay here so if you want more culture and more conversation I suggest going elsewhere or making sure your days are packed with activities outside the resort. I am a Brit myself and at times the atmosphere felt as though I was back in London which is not a compliment. Again this no blame to the staff it is just the demographic of people that stay here. There was a variety and good selection of food every day I had something different on my plate each day which was nice. Food was fresh and tasty. I did find when I ate salads I had a a little tummy ache but nothing major. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel it was great value for money as I came early- Mid June and I got a really nice upgrade. If I came back it would definitely be with a friend next time. Also just to add if you are a female travelling solo please refrain from using InDrive app. It is not very safe and I had an unfortunate in incident with a driver. Just stick to reputable taxi companies i.e. with the hotel.
