500£ each ,7 days fully inclusive inc flights and transfer, not one problem the whole holiday ,brilliant staff ,very clean room,did not see one dirty public area in the whole hotel. No one pushed any sales ,all very polite and honest. Shop guys are great, salon staff are excellent, massage guys very nice people. Room cleaners always polite . We chose to tip all the staff on the basis that it was a cheap holiday and the value of kind helpful staff is unreasonable, mostly 100 egypt pounds at a time which although not a great deal it does mean you can spread the money across the team. Breakfast lunch and dinner offered a very wide selection ,also in the evenings every other night they have a bbq chef outside you can go to. The patisserie selection is immense, if anyone on here is complaining about food I would ignore it because no one I saw struggled to fill their plates. The hotel has a nice range of guests mostly British and Italian when we were there, all the guests seemed happy and we shared a minibus on several occasions with the Italian guests on way to beach and they were very polite and friendly. Id recommend learning at least a couple of phrases such as Salaam alukheam or shokran etc ( I appreciate not spelt correctly ) as it does make the staff smile and respect you I feel and just seems polite. The afternoon snack bar food is cooked to order so is always spot on, pizza burgers fries etc ,we used it couple of days I stead of lunch or if we had been to the beach we missed lunch and ate off snack bar at 4pm etc. Pool table is a fiver an hour but no chalk and there is a run on it,there is better pool tables at soho square in bar there next to bowling alley. You cannot fail to have a great time at this hotel embrace it also make sure you download the indrive taxi app, its so much cheaper getting cabs , you can get to csiro for 100£ return, don't go with travel company to pyramids etc for 300£ use local tour company like magic ,its about 50 quid each on a coach ,we did that fantastic day .

It was our first time in Egypt. The hotel was really clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. The bed was super good. The staff was absolutely amazing❤️so friendly and polite. Always ready to help. The food was varied and good. The only downside was that the beach was not next door as the description said, but there was a shuttle from the hotel to the beach. We will definitely come back.🙏❤️

Overall experience was very good. Staff was very friendly. Food was good as well no complaints there. However room service cleaning was non existing even though we were leaving tips every morning. Towards the end of our stay there we where refusing room cleaning service as all surfaces even our table hasnt been wiped even once since the begining of our stay. After cleaning our room toilet roll in our bathroom hasnt been topped up so we had to ask for it. Once after morning cleaning there was a carton box after juice left in my room which wasnt mine. Our rooms looked exactly the same as we left them only the sheets were done. Overall i would recommend this hotel staff was very friendly however they reallly need to focus more on cleaning rooms to the acceptable standards.

Let me start by stating that the staff were brilliant. However, your first impressions are of an immaculate presented Hotel, but scratch between the top coat and it reveals some unsatisfactory expectations of a all inclusive holiday. For a start, the spirits at the. ars are watered. No doubts, no 'do you think' they just are. We drink nothing other than spirits at home, and we know when the 'good feeling' arrives. It never does in this Hotel. All day by the pool, all night at the bar, and ill bet i wouldnt have failed a breathalyser. Tried a dark rum neat, and it had no taste, no warmth, just a watery unpleasant concoction. Food: For the most part, very unappetising. Taking into consideration cultural differences, the food is pretty poor in the main restaurant. Weve no doubt it was safe enough to eat, but clearly not too bothered to make the predominately Brit satisfied with the choices available. The breakfast service being the worst. On a good note, the Pizzas and Burgers around the pool weee very good, especially the burgers. Room servicing was OK, but drink rings were present on my bedside table when we arrived, and were there when we left. The room was old, and showed it. The shower so close to the door it had rotted the bottom, and the size of the bathroom is extremely small. There is very few chairs to sit near the bar, inside, on a chilly Feb/March evening. There is more in reception, but thats a circular flight of stairs away from the bar. The bar service does extend downstairs, but for obvious reasond not too frequently All in all, we feel disappointed with the week in the Neo Jaz, and certaily wouldnt return. Naama Bay is well worth a taxi ride to, arranged in the Hotel, as is Soho Square. Both the highlights of our 7 night stay. Finally, though nothing to do with the Hotel. Expect your anxiety levels to go off the scale at the airport on your return home. The most disorganised, srressful, shouty shouty rude and very abrupt airporst staff weve ever encountered. Took a long time to calm down after, just further cementing our opinion that we would never return

Absolutely amazing place, from friendly staff members to architecture, this was fantastic, first time in Egypt and we felt like home. Definitely coming back! You are greeted with amazing beverages at the reception and a beautiful lobby to the very clean and clear swimming pool, gym and shops available upstairs of the lobby and toilets of each floor. Cleaners were trustworthy, respectful and most importantly the staff in the canteen. The people who stood out to us with exceptional service were A. Rahman who made our eggs (we love you), Ahmed the tall waiter (amazing smile), Mina from reception, Zidane from reception and Zakariya and Ahmed from reception. Honestly we will be back, what a wonderful place! 10/10, highly recommended.
