JAZ Neo Sharks Bay

Needs refurbishing, the bedroom was clean and the linen white. Thank you Alaa. All staff that we came into contact with were friendly and efficient. There was an excellent choice of food, from Europe, Africa and Asia. BBQ meats every night. No children’s menu although the head chef spoke to guests and stated any dietary requests would be catered for. Ice cream wasn’t available in the 10 days we were there. Entertainment every night and all was quiet by 11pm ….you are very near to the airport but after a couple of nights I didn’t hear the 3:30am flight. Entertainment by the pool for those who wanted to take part and a children’s club …there didn’t appear to be more than 6 children in the 10 days we were there. The hotel is very isolated NOTHING nearby. Hotel provides a bus and lunch for those who wanted to go to the “sister hotel”and spend a day at the beach. Beware of the mosquitos. For those that want to stay in the hotel it’s fine. In all honesty I was disappointed when we arrived, but after 24hours I realised it’s a great little hotel …if you want upmarket and luxury it won’t be for you.

My daughter and I had the most fabulous week here. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff so friendly and I can honestly say I didn’t lift a finger all week ! The hotel is small and intimate . We made friends for life on this holiday . Special mention to Ellis on the animation team who was bubbling with energy and enthusiasm all the time . We won’t hesitate to return . Thanks again for the best holiday !

Hi we hade a great time the people are so friendly and can't do a nuf for you I would recommend this hotel we enjoyed it that much we are coming back in June on the 12th with our friends see you soon Barbara and Greg.

We arrived at the Jaz Neo after a short transfer from the airport and were quickly checked in and shown to our room, which was clean and ample. The hotel is small and was only at half capacity which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, were always chatty and smiling. The food was varied in the restaurant and the food at the pool bar was great. The entertainment team were friendly but not pushy. Great stay.

It was a great stay in this hotel, the staff is super friendly, Mina and Ahmed from the front desk can always provide the things we need. And the “towel art” by Ahmed from house keeping is definitely a lovely surprise. Beach is 10 minutes away by shuttle bus: This is a bit inconvenient, but it also makes the hotel very quiet and peaceful.
