Came in May Had a fantastic time here met some great people Jonathan & Gemma / Joe & Michelle / Mama Sue & Andy especially great staff throughout, great food Arhmed kept the room beautifully clean will definitely return & only 15 mins from airport easy access by hotel taxi to Soho Square and Sharm old town

Stayed at Jaz NAO sharks bay on 17th May for 10 days with my daughter . The hotel is situated and is easy to get to Soho square, Naama Bay , all 20 mins from hotel . We used the hotel taxi which was safe and secure. The hotel was quite quiet but that didn’t falter our stay . The atmosphere at the hotel is very welcoming, staff very attentive and lovely people . The rooms could possibly do with an upgrade , bathroom bit tired , as shower cubicle small , perhaps bigger shower smaller wash hand basin and toilet . The hotel was good value for money , we had a lovely cleaner that cleaned our room daily and made us special animals from the towels . The hotel is clean and staff. Lifeguards Mohammed and Akmed clean around the pool daily , they also clean your sunglasses when by the pool . The hotel lacked a bit atmosphere , entertainment could be on for longer at night as 10.30 pm very early to have nothing on. Music could be played daily around the pool and perhaps animation team need to make more of an effort , water aerobics , exercises in morning , yoga , archery , etc . The bar staff and waiter staff were very attentive , always got to know what drinks you wanted and brought them to you . The Massage staff were amazing , really fantastic quality in the service and Reda a nice sales man explained everything well . I mentioned to the manager lady Ice cream would benefit , and for it to be available throughout the day as just now only Ice lollies. There was always something for eating in the restaurant, bread is very sweet didn’t enjoy the bread, chefs worked hard . Also a snack bar for homemade pizza, burgers , etc . Transfer to and from hotel very good and quick only 10 mins from airport . Reception staff very nice too .

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and great food options. The spa offers a very relaxing massage experience for good prices. Mohammed in the bar upstairs is very attentive and Mohammad and Omar by the pool. The hotel is in a great location very close to the airport and only 10-20 minutes away from every attraction.

Nice hotel (could use a little colour) not the best location but hotel staff great at sorting a good deal. Old Town and Soho Square 15-25 mins away by taxi. Beach shuttle takes to sister hotel can have small range of drinks but not food, which looked really good (better quality than our hotel). Rooms comfortable not many plugs. Fab housekeeping staff - big shout out to Mustafa loved his bed art second to none!!!! Thanks Mustafa!! Bar staff also great - Amir is the man makes the best cocktails and keeps them coming with a big smile, he’s always there too. Thanks Amir!!! Mohammad the lifeguard is a fab guy, great English, even better personality. Thanks Mohammad!! Food not bad, not great either. Breakfast could use help but Ahmeed does do a mean omelette and is always so happy. Defo book a massage with Reba great guy with goodish deals 😂 good massages great value!! Reception staff could use some more training most good but Mina could come across patronising and a little rude. Overall good vibe hotel for the money!!

Moustafa was fantastic, he had our rooms very clean every day and even created many animals and hearts on our beds to make us smile, he was always smiling and a very happy man 😁😁😁
