Jaz Neo Sharks Bay was amazing! Beautiful hotel, with friendly staff :) Everybody made us feel special over this week. Reception guy Mina was so sweet and helpful, thank you :) Restorant staff welcomed you always with a smile and helped you with your table and drinks, thank you, for making us feel so good ! And food was so good and tasty 😋 fresh food and lots of options for everybody. Big thanks to the barmans , you always knew what we need :) Animation team, thank you for all activities over the week, special thanks to Artem and Oleg, aqva gym and evening show dances :) It was so nice vacation :) Going to miss that place 💛

JAZ I would like to share my first experience in Sharm. First of all, thanks to the great generosity of the staff, I immediately felt at home. Diaa welcomed me on the day of check-in with extreme kindness, showing me all the hotel's activities. The food served is truly excellent. Congratulations to chef Mohamed for his professionalism. The restaurant, bar and reception staff, Ahmed and Diaa, as well as the cleaning and maintenance staff, work very hard morning and evening, but always have a smile on their faces and are lovely. The resort is very well maintained and quiet during the day. The pool is not heated and the bar serving burgers and pizza is great for a snack by the pool. I made friends with several guests, both Italian like me and of other nationalities, sharing our experiences at the bar upstairs, which serves excellent drinks that are not too alcoholic. It is also possible to book excursions with Sharky at the hotel, who organises everything perfectly and is super friendly. The shuttle bus to the beach can sometimes be crowded, but they organise the transport as best they can. Make sure you arrive 5 minutes early or you'll be left behind if there are too many people! My experience was positive. Thank you all, I hope to return soon to this wonderful hotel.

All staff lovely and friendly room clean and comfortable ..not much to do outside without jumping in a taxi which we booked through the hotel at a responsible price . Beach is accessible via a little mini van drive free shuttle down the side dirt track of the Belvedere hotel . Breakfast is a good varied choice but the lunches and dinners are same mini Yorkshire puddings 3 days on the Trot and mashed potatoes!? Not much choice and didn’t look very appealing! Not much in threat of pudding either ! Better off eating at the snack bar by the pool!

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Ahmed our housekeeper was fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us..
