JAZ Neo Sharks Bay

We booked this hotel and after booking read some poor reviews, so were a little concerned. HOWEVER, there was no need to be worried as this hotel is fantastic. Yes, it is a smaller hotel, and yes you do need to take a shuttle to their sister hotel to go to the beach, but this is not stressful at all. Beach is beautiful btw and has plenty of loungers. JAZ Neo, room very clean, cleaned daily and more than ample. Shower is amazing and trust me you will appreciate the cool shower. Food is very good, not michellin starred but tasty, well cooked, plenty of variety. The all inclusive snacks at the poolside were fantastic, pizza made from scratch, burgers, hot dogs,fries, salads ect. Omer (i believe his name is) is quality, the man is there 12 plus hours a day, 40 degree heat in chef whites and you can see the pleasure he gets from cooking. Always with a smile on his face, an asset to Jaz. Abdo, who works waiting on guests and at the bar makes amazing cocktails, not just a splash of syrup. Alcoholic drinks are decent, local spirits are not bad at all and im a rum drinker. Generally when abroad I seem to attract all mozzies and get eaten alive, 7 nights and not a single bite. Pool is good size, shallow areas for kids, jacuzzi pool to sit in too, plenty of loungers. Night entertainment is decent, not on very long and considering they have to cater for families and people from all over, they do a fair job. Mainly dancers, then some music games. There was a singer and guitarist one evening and they were top notch. Everything you need in Sharm is close, the airport, Soho Square, Naama bay, all a short cab ride away for maybe £1.50 sterling. You can get a return cab from hotel reception, and they matched the indrive quote so very cheap. They provide you with a Whatsapp number so you just message to say you are ready to return. This helps as you can feel a little overwhelmed with all the taxis looking for a fare, just knowing the driver and car that dropped you off and the meeting spot to be picked up at helps alot. We had a message at the hotel, GiGi, an hour later I felt like a new woman. Plus had a pedi and mani by the lovely ladies in the salon. Yes they will hunt new faces down and talk you into being pampered, but you won't regret it. Your on holiday so indulge. Sharkey arranges all excursions, Ras Mohammed, White Island, Swimming with Dolphins ect. Good prices and trust me they look after you well. Personally 7 nights was not enough, need a minimum of 14. We knew couples who were staying in "5*" hotels at the same time and it seems we had the best time. No Egyptian tummy, no bites, no bad food, no problems at all. So why pay an extra 2k on a hotel when you have everything you need at the Jaz Neo? Save the extra money and take advantage of the excursions, there is so much to this beautiful country. People are equally amazing. Cannot express enough how highly I recommend.

We had the best 2 week holiday, leaving today :( 3 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 11. Everybody loved the pool and the shows each evening were great. We especially enjoyed the dancing! Chilled atmosphere, everywhere was spotless, and the hotel felt very safe! The rooms were great and there was never any trouble getting a sun lounger. We went on some fabulous day trips, scuba diving boat trip to the white island, the aqua park, the dolphin show and also paragliding! We made some fabulous memories. The Rooms were Cleaned daily with new towels and the staff were fantastic, always smiling!! Nothing is ever too much trouble!! They all work so hard!! The food was great, always something to eat. Even with fussy kids. The chef even made us special requests. Big thankyou to or making our holiday so special and we can't wait to come back!!!

Good hotel for a good price. The staff was really helpful and made the place a lot better especially Ahmad Bilal from the reception and Ahmad who cleaned our rooms. The hotel is small but cozy. The food was okay but there was something for everyone. Location was good, not too far from the big centers.

Wife and I stayed 2 weeks 15th - 29th july 2026. We chose this hotel due to reviews praising the food, and a review from a guy stating that he has been returning as a guest for more than 15 years. —- The food is really, really good. It is so full of flavour. There is a great variety of dishes, and the headchef Mohamed enjoyes making sure that you will find everything to your likings. I’ve attached pictures of the buffet as of the evening of the 26th of june, including the grill outside and chef Aldo ready to make plates with servings of delicious fruits. We recommend that you try out whatever the staff suggests or even brings you. You will be pleasently surprised whether it is a piece of chocolate, a falafel or some other dish. Again the flavour of the food in this place is amazing. I’ve attached a picture of a croissant with cheese melted and with honey on top that headchef Mohamed brought to our table this morning - Delicious!!!) —- The hotel has a shuttlebus that drives you back and forth to the Beach of Jaz Belvedere. It is a wonderfull Beach. We did not see many big fish in the waters but we did see some. A picture of one is attached. (It is approx 35 cm) The busride takes 15 minutes but that is not a problem. The reason for this is the busdriver, Ali, who is the maindriver. He is such a happy person. He greets all with “hello” several times. Both entering and leaving the bus. During the busride he will most likely tell stories in egyptian or sing along to the radio. We have had absolutely no idea what he is saying or singing about during our stay (which we presume goes for the vast majority of the other passengers) but is has not mattered. On the contrary - Ali is one big happy smile, and if you we’re not having a wonderfull day already, the sun will be bright and a smile will be upon your face, when you leave the bus. All busdrivers should be obliged to spend a day with Ali, if you ask me. —- The evenings are well spent on the terracce where Mohamed (another Mohamed) will gladly stir up delicious drinks that you may enjoy while watching the airplanes land in the night. Quite astounding view actually - in the pitch black sky with stars above the lights appear in the distance until the planes pass by. So near that you sense that you can almost touch them, but yet so far away that you dont hear them in your room sleeping. —- Our room 333 was attended by Mohamed (a third Mohamed). Not only did he do a good job cleaning the room, changing towels etc. From day one he made a tremendous effort to make this a fabulous stay, starting with bringing us various items, that we like to have extra of while staying in a hotel. I will not attach pictures of all the things he did, simply because I will not spoil it for you, but I can tell you that my wife especially was very excited about the creations that greeted us on most days. We also need to give praise to the rest of the staff, espacially Taher, Hesham and Hamed who all served upon us several times during our stay, always with a smile.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay in Room 319. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food offered a good variety, the pools were great, and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation. A special thank you goes to our housekeeper, Abdulrahman, who took excellent care of our room every day. Room 319 was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully prepared. His friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent service from the entire team and would happily recommend Jaz Neo Sharks Bay to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We hope to return again in the future!
