I originally booked one night at Jaz Sharm Dreams after fleeing a disastrous hotel in Dahab. The plan was to regroup and move on the next day. Instead, I ended up staying longer because the hospitality here was so warm and the atmosphere surprisingly lovely! The hotel used to be a 5-star and now sits at a solid 4-star. The bathrooms could use a refresh, but the rooms themselves are spacious, clean and comfortable. As a solo female traveller, safety matters and I appreciated being given a room close to the main building. Door locks, terrace latches and a safe meant I felt completely secure. There are SEVEN pools, including a heated one with a jacuzzi and another with the Laguna pool bar. The main pool has music and activities, while the others are blissfully quieter if you want to relax. Special thanks to Iraky the pool supervisor, who somehow helped me secure one of the coveted canopy beds most days. With a private beach only a 5-mind walk away, though the sister hotel, there’s water sports galore. The animation team (Adham and Alan) were great fun organising volleyball, darts, yoga and aqua aerobics - always inviting, never pushy. Food was delicious and quite varied for all-inclusive. I loved the salad stations and outdoor grill with fresh bread, chicken and kofte, as well as the grilled seafood platter from the a’la carte Tex Mex restaurant. But honestly, the real highlight was the staff. Mahmoud at reception upgraded me after my chaotic arrival while Karim and Maryam were endlessly kind. Big thanks also to Chef Hany, Chef Adel, Mohamed at the omelette station and servers Mahmoud, Karim, Eslam and El Sayed who looked after me so well. What was meant to be a one-night stop turned into a genuinely enjoyable stay. I’d happily come back :)
Worst hotel in Sharm, we visit this hotel last week, on reception is rude idiots wich don't make nothing. Give them 20$ and as thanks they destroy our holidays. Never again. For this hotel even 1 star is too much. I have no idea how they get 5 star, if the rooms so disgusting
Bosses was excellent very attentive to everyone brilliant time for us in sharm el sheik.
Our time at Jaz Sharm was truly elevated by the outstanding pool staff. From the moment we arrived at the poolside, they greeted us with warmth and genuine smiles, always attentive without being intrusive. Whether it was setting up loungers, offering refreshing towels, or checking in to see if we needed anything, their service was consistently exceptional.
We recently celebrated our 25th anniversary at Jaz Sharm Dreams in Sharm El Sheikh, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, creating a perfect setting for a special occasion. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Mohammed, who cleaned the rooms each day with care and professionalism — our room was always spotless thanks to his efforts. Additionally, Mohammed the omelette chef was fantastic; his delicious omelettes added a lovely touch to our mornings. Overall, Jaz Sharm Dreams provided us with a memorable and relaxing celebration. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Sharm El Sheikh.
