1/5 Stars — Absolute Chaos. Avoid Like the Plague. Date of Visit: 11th July 2026 Party: Family (Husband, Wife, and Daughter) We previously stayed at this hotel back when it was managed by the Hilton Group and had a great experience, but under its current management, it has spiraled completely downhill. This is hands down the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The main issue is the sheer scale versus the facilities: there are over 1,000 rooms, yet only one small main restaurant to handle everyone. Every single evening is absolute carnage—it feels like being part of a massive, lawless herd. People are wrestling and grabbing as much as they can, only to leave mountain loads of food wasted on tables or discarded on the floor. That’s assuming you can even find a clean plate in the first place. The food itself is virtually inedible. As British guests, we were given access to the "VIP restaurant," but don't let the title fool you—it is the exact same slop served in the main hall. Now, if you complain, management will suddenly bend over backward, offering you freshly cooked meals made personally by a chef and a private table set and waiting. But like most British holidaymakers, we don't want a grand fuss or special treatment just because we spoke up; we simply want decent, reliable service and good food as standard without having to make a scene. In the end, we gave up and paid to eat out almost every night. To top it all off, the pool was closed on a daily basis due to "little brown parcels" being left floating in the water. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with good food, clean facilities, and basic standards, avoid this place like the plague. Never again.

Good hotel, everything is so good, Hotel have a cool beach and nice reef. All staff very fun and smiles. Good food and restaurants. Room so beautiful. I want come back again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely swimming pool, wonderful and extremely polite and respectful staff, everything is perfect.

we had big room bathroom needed updating we didn't have three beds when we got there and the front door and sliding doors didn't lock but was soon sorted when notified. The staff was very helpful and fun always high fived my 5 year old and smiled made sure he was okay. the cleaner shaid was lovely remebered my name and always said hello. the life guard khaild went above and beyond was fantastic, helped inflate my sons pizza floaty and always put the towels out for us. the bar staff always served us and even remeberd our orders. location of the hotel was great walkable distance to beach and nightlife and shops, felt safe too. all the taxi or shopkeepers didn't hassle you they just asked you say no and they'd leave you alone. downside to the hotel was needs updating especially the toilets in lobby and outside and bathrooms in rooms and the food was awful, and I mean awful. We had breakfast once and there was nothing apart from bread we could eat, lunch and dinner was the same and wasnt nice my son lived on pasta and we did struggle to eat there we had to eat out some nights, and we also got diarrhoea a few day from the food. overall the apart from the food the place was lovely!
