The best hotel with the best atmosphere. The entertainment team are the best here. 100% would recommend.

The room was clean. The cleaning staff and restaurant cleaners are really nice. Outside of the rooms not do much, there was a plate left on the landing for days someones welcome Plate, ( we were not lucky enough to receive one). Day 2 I noticed blood at the bottom of the stairs from our room which remained there for the duration of our stay. The green spaces around the hotel are very well maintained. The bar staff are hit and miss and can sometimes be rude & dismissive, I found this with Ayman the pool barman, some days he would make a cocktail with a smile & orther days it was a No. If you don't like fizzy drink you will struggle, the only really had, coke, sprite & mirinda, the juice was either way to sweet or taste like water. I only saw 2 WC’s in the whole resort mostly had to go back to the room to use facilities especially if your room is near the heated pool, the 2 public WC’s were just to far. The main facilities often didn't have toilet tissue and were dirty, the woman who worked in there was always on her mobile, you’d be right to mistake her for a tourist. This hotel caters mainly to Russain tourist, this includes the nighttime entertainment. The food was ok, mainly enjoyed the BBQ chicken, fries and omelette. The chef was really nice. Most of the slides in the water park were not in, there was nowhere to purchase food in the pool area but you could get drinks. Now the spa ladies are very nice but the so a it's self is dated and us URGENT need of and upgrade, if I would have seen the state of it first I would never have parted with my money, it was just so run down. I did ask for a late check out and the reception guy looked at me and within 1 second said they were fully booked he didn't even check the computer.
