It was a bad experience in this hotel especially the cleanliness of glasses and plates .The taste of food was not good at all .The room has a problem in toilet which has not been solved until i left the hotel .facilities of pools are great .Service was not as I expected from a 5 Star hotel.Location of hotel is very good.

The location is so nice that it's close to Naama bay and down town (the old market) Walking to the sea takes 4-6 minutes Atmosphere is so hype and still cosy Rooms are so clean and the facilities are working fine Value is so equivalent to the price .. that the whole family enjoyed all the activities and services Noise level is depending on your location from the pool .. the closer, the higher Highly recommend for anyone would like to have all the activities in the same place ♥️ Thanks Jaz Sharm Dreams for the best service

Stayed at this hotel as part of a 10 day package with EasyJet holidays. We got a Gold band upon arrival at the hotel. 4 Adults with 2 rooms. One was a large room with a very large double bed, a couch and an Armchair, and the second room had 2 single beds. Room cleaning guy was nice and friendly although I would question his cleaning of the bathtub on one or two occasions as I found hair after he had cleaned the room. Bathroom is dated and needs a good refurbishment. The staff in the hotel are mostly friendly, all bar one or 2 who didn’t really acknowledge us during the 10 days. Special shout out to the Lifeguards (Alaa and one other tall guy who’s name I didn’t get). They do such an amazing job in the sun and heat all day long. They are very alert and we saw them having to deal with a few incidents; one of which was quite serious. Mr Tarek at Sun n Fun excursions on the hotel site is friendly and helpful. We used him to book a day trip to Cairo. My only negative comment was with the dining room which is more like a canteen rather than an All-Inclusive restaurant in a 5 star hotel which you would usually expect. This hotel is more a 3 star for European standard but 5 star for the locals of which there were plenty of. There was no consistency with regards to the drinks machines dispensing Orange juice for example. You’d press the Orange juice button and some other purple coloured drink would come out. The orange juice when it was available was of a poor quality, almost watered down. Plates would regularly run out which were only in one location and that was at the same point where people queued up to toast their breads in the mornings for breakfast. Why not have the plates in a separate location within the ‘canteen’? Same issue at dinner time as other food would be placed where the toasters were and again similar issues with people queuing up. Food was almost repetitive. Chicken, Beef and Fish. No lamb. No international cuisines . Pizza was the same each day (Margarita). Also no set place for spare utensils and they would not get replaced at the tables so it was a matter of having to go find some spares from what is already a very busy ‘canteen’. Overall a very large and nice hotel but the only thing that I felt let it down was the ‘canteen’ atmosphere of the dining room. Definitely not a 5 star hotel for European's. If you have the Gold band you can use the Al Fresco restaurant across the road at the Jaz Fayrouz hotel. Even their main buffet dining room looked less chaotic and more organised than it did at the Jaz Sharms. I’d only go back to this hotel if they improved on the food options and improved on the ‘canteen style’ layout but I guess like I said it caters more for the locals, hence their equivalent of a 5 star hotel.
