The hotel gives all of you a really great experience from the moment you walk in. The food is honestly amazing — there are so many options, and whatever dish you’re craving, you’ll probably find it. Everything tastes fresh, well-made, and full of flavor. The dining area is clean, cozy, and super comfortable, so every meal feels enjoyable. The hotel itself is also very well taken care of. The rooms are spotless, the facilities are modern, and the whole place has a warm and relaxing vibe. The staff is one of the best parts — they treat everyone with respect, they’re friendly, and they’re always ready to help with anything you need. Their kindness and professionalism really make your stay feel special. We totally recommend this hotel for families, couples, or any travelers who want comfort, great service, and seriously good food. It’s the kind of place you enjoy and remember.

We had an amazing stay at Aqua Blu Sharm El Sheikh and couldn’t be happier with the service. A huge thank you to Islam at the front desk, who was always welcoming, friendly, and happy to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Mohammed, who worked the 11pm to 11am shift at the bar. He was always smiling, incredibly friendly, and provided excellent service no matter the time of day. His positive attitude really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Fawzy, our room cleaner, kept our room spotless every day and paid great attention to detail. We’d also like to give a special thank you to Waseem, the lifeguard, who was professional, attentive, and always looked out for everyone’s safety while being friendly and approachable. Every member of staff we met at Aqua Blu Sharm El Sheikh made us feel genuinely welcome, and their hard work made our holiday unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the customer service is truly five-star. We would highly recommend Aqua Blu Sharm El Sheikh to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday, and we can’t wait to come back. We are currently staying at Pickalbatros Aqua Blu, and after saving for a year and spending almost £8,000 including flights, I have to say we're really disappointed. The water parks and slides are fantastic and are definitely the highlight of the resort. The children have had a brilliant time on them, and I can't fault that aspect at all. Unfortunately, everything else has been a let-down. The food has been the biggest disappointment. Although there are several themed restaurants, they all serve very similar food, so there is very little variety. The quality feels very basic, and both my children and I have regularly struggled to find something we actually want to eat. I honestly think I'll come home lighter than when I arrived, which has never happened after an all-inclusive holiday. There are no ice creams or cold snacks readily available for children during the day, and the drinks selection is very limited. If you want something as simple as an iced coffee, you have to walk to specific bars, and there are no slush drinks for the kids either. Another concern is that the food isn't clearly labelled. Allergen information and even descriptions of many dishes are unclear or missing, making it difficult to know exactly what you're eating. This could be a real issue for guests with allergies or dietary requirements. For what we've paid, I don't feel the all-inclusive package offers good value for money. The food, snacks and drinks are well below what we expected from a resort with such a good reputation. If you're coming purely for the slides and water park, you'll probably enjoy your holiday. However, if good food and a quality all-inclusive experience are important to you, I wouldn't recommend this hotel

my family and I Stayed at aqua blu hotel for 6 nights.had a fantastic stay This was our first time in Sharm el sheikh and I am so pleased that we chose to spent it at the aqua blu The pool and beach area were kept incredibly clean and tidy.The foods was delicious and big variety.The breakfast and lunch also varies.Excellent service. Definetly will be back soon
