Pickalbatros Aqua Blu Resort

Really nice hotel, clean and tidy. Standard buffet all inclusive food and enough for fussy eaters. The only issue we found is that there is no evening entertainment on this resort, you have to go outside to a sister hotel for evening entertainment. It means leaving the resort and approx a 10/15 min walk. Other than that we'd recommend it. They sometimes showed a film but this wasn't consistent so it was a bit hit and miss. There was a DJ playing random songs from 9pm but again, it was a bit random but good for little kids to get up and dance. The slides are excellent, as are the staff. Would recommend coming here just bare in mind the evening entertainment situation.

I first visited 3 years ago with my granddaughter & we had an amazing time. I returned in June 2026 on my own as I was familiar with the hotel & knew I’d feel safe . There had been lots of changes to the hotel which have made it even better. All staff were very polite, friendly & helpful. My room was very spacious, kept clean & tidy & I had fresh fruit, water & bottles of coke & sprite refilled daily. Plenty of food choices at every meal time. Freshly made pizzas & the barbecued meats were delicious! Oksana who works at customer services was as lovely as she was the first time we met. This lady is so helpful & always goes the extra mile to ensure her guests are happy. The hotel has so much for guests of all ages to do day & night. There are so many different pools & water slides you definitely won’t get bored. We love the hotel so much there are 7 of us going back in August this year. We can’t wait . Plus you can also use the facilities of the sister hotel next door . Fantastic hotel, great amenities & lovely staff. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week in June. Firstly I will start with the very few positives about the hotel: Room: We had one of the newer rooms and it was very nice, cleaning staff were great and welcoming so no complaints about the room at all it was clean and well equipped. Beach: The beach was pretty good, lots of beds and area to snorkel. Neverland show: included in your stay and very good. This is the type of entertainment you would usually expect every night at a resort. That was about the only positive experience we had. The negatives - Food / drink: The food was terrible. There are several restaurants on site but they all seem to serve the same food. Don't get me started on the burger restaurant where my burger was served with lumps on cold cheese, photo attached. The hotel advertises loads of "bars". These literally just serve soft drinks, with no sugar free options, very underwhelming. There is no snacks or ice cream available throughout the day, ice cream is only served for 3 hours in the evening. Sports Bar: If you went to any other hotel a sports bar would be a food / drink serving bar with TVs for sports etc especially during the world cup. This Sports Bar literally only served ice cream 7-10pm every night. That's it, nothing sports bar about it other than a few photos of footballers on the wall. Staff: Hotel staff minus a couple were quite rude and unhelpful. We asked reception for help navigating to the Neverland show and reception staff were rude and unhelpful just telling us to wait. Pools / waterpark: Whilst the waterpark is good it is severely understaffed. You have 1 lifeguard looking after 3 slides at the same time so they have to only let one guest at a time meaning you are often waiting for them to close one slide and move to another. The 50 slides include around 40 kids pools and slides and only about 10 actual slides. There is also no queue system, just kids pushing to the front of the lines, again probably due to staff. Entertainment: Entertainment was non-existent, especially in the evenings. Bless the entertainment team for trying their best but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever seen. I will attach a photo of the advertised "Jungle party" to what it actually was. Advertised was a huge party vibe, what it actually is was a kids disco, a few inflatables and a couple staff in costumes asking for tips. We were in bed by 10pm every night as there is absolutely nothing for adults to do in this hotel. The entertainment is also very confusing between the two hotels. On the notice board it would say "waves pool" but it was actually at the sister hotel. Bikes: At 7pm each night bikes are available to hire which you are advised to return after 10 minutes. Countless times we saw bikes parked up outside of restaurants, hotel rooms etc for families / kids to keep them stored whilst they were having dinner etc. Overall this is one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Maybe as a family with kids it would have been bearable but as 2 adults this has to be hands down one of the worst stays I've ever experienced.

The hotel gives all of you a really great experience from the moment you walk in. The food is honestly amazing — there are so many options, and whatever dish you’re craving, you’ll probably find it. Everything tastes fresh, well-made, and full of flavor. The dining area is clean, cozy, and super comfortable, so every meal feels enjoyable. The hotel itself is also very well taken care of. The rooms are spotless, the facilities are modern, and the whole place has a warm and relaxing vibe. The staff is one of the best parts — they treat everyone with respect, they’re friendly, and they’re always ready to help with anything you need. Their kindness and professionalism really make your stay feel special. We totally recommend this hotel for families, couples, or any travelers who want comfort, great service, and seriously good food. It’s the kind of place you enjoy and remember.

Overall very good stay here wıth my family. Room was clean, food was delicious and big variety.Service was good.Definetly will be back
