⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Family Holiday – Highly Recommended We have had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to families visiting Sharm El Sheikh. The highlight of the resort is definitely the water park. It is one of the best water parks in Sharm El Sheikh, with a fantastic range of slides and attractions for both children and adults. Our family spent hours enjoying the facilities, and there was always something to keep everyone entertained. The hotel itself is clean, spacious and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay.special thanks to Zaki noor Deen. The food was very enjoyable, and one thing that really stood out was how fresh everything was. Although the restaurant operates as a buffet, the chefs regularly prepared food in smaller batches based on guest demand rather than leaving large quantities sitting out. This ensured the food remained fresh and of good quality throughout service. We particularly enjoyed the pasta station, grill station, clay oven and pizza station, where food was freshly prepared as requested. This was a great touch and added a more personalised dining experience. What impressed us most was how accommodating the restaurant team were. My child requested an additional dish, and the chef kindly prepared it specially for him. The meal was cooked exactly as we would make it at home and tasted amazing. A special thank you to Chef Prince, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. His attention to detail, kindness and excellent cooking really stood out and made a positive impression on our family. I would also like to give a special thank you to the entire Pickalbatros restaurant team/manager for their hard work and excellent service throughout our stay. The staff were always friendly, attentive and willing to help, making every meal a pleasant experience. A special mention also goes to Mustafa and management team. They were always visible, professional and focused on ensuring guests had a great experience. It was clear they worked hard to keep everything running smoothly and were always willing to go the extra mile whenever assistance was needed. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. Their dedication and positive attitude played a big part in making our holiday enjoyable. Overall, we have had a fantastic family holiday and created some wonderful memories. The excellent facilities, amazing water park, fresh food, and outstanding service from the staff made this a very enjoyable stay. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday special. The four extreme slides — Constructor, Tornado, Magic Loop, and Roller Coaster — provide an exciting and unforgettable experience. We returned to Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort with our family once again, and unfortunately, once again we are disappointed that our vacation ended far too quickly! This resort consistently exceeds our expectations. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the entire property impresses with its attention to detail. The water park offers countless attractions for both children and adults, ensuring that everyone can find something to enjoy. A special mention must go to the hotel staff. In every department, we were greeted by smiling, friendly, and incredibly helpful employees who were always ready to assist and made us feel truly welcome. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and throughout our stay we could always rely on professional and attentive service. The food was delicious, fresh, and varied. We especially appreciated the seafood, fish, and grilled meats. Every meal was a pleasure. Another outstanding feature of this resort is its impeccable cleanliness. The entire property, including the rooms, restaurants, pools, and public areas, is kept spotless at all times. This level of cleanliness deserves special recognition and greatly contributes to the comfort of the guests. The hotel also offers a high level of safety and an extensive range of entertainment and activities for guests of all ages. Families with children will particularly appreciate the numerous attractions, slides, pools, and animation programs available throughout the day. Hotel dirty. Aqua park is more like splash park. 4 slides for adults which 4 of them open only 4h per day. Slides are covered with Bird poo so when you sliding down you wiping that Bird poo and end up in a pool full of water mixed with Bird poo. Around the pool dirty plates that nobody collect all day. Sun lounges dirty and sticky. Food is monotonous, same every day, bland and boring. Night activity same every day - dancers perform every day to the same music. In general not recommend. Surely hotel doesn’t deserve to be 5* hotel and to pay such a high price

Great place to visit with all family, staff is amazing, really nice and helpful, rooms are clean 👌. High recommendedto everyone to have great time.
