Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort Sharm El-Sheikh

I am writing this review while I am still at the hotel. To be honest, I was expecting much more from this hotel, especially since I stayed at Pickalbatros Hurghada before and had a much better experience. We picked this hotel because of the many positive reviews, but honestly, the experience was nothing like what was written.and we had better experience in other hotels before with same price range. The customer service is generally below a 5-star standard. The staff are not welcoming, and you constantly feel like you owe them something. I have also been in several situations where the treatment clearly differed depending on whether they knew you were Arab or foreign. The staff are much more welcoming to foreigners. The room service was also disappointing. We had to look for the housekeeping staff ourselves just to ask them to clean the room, even though it was already 2 PM. We were coming back from swimming with two infants who needed to sleep, and the room still had not been cleaned. Even after it was cleaned, the level of cleanliness was not what we expected. Most of the employees seem frustrated and angry, and you can genuinely feel it throughout your stay. The food has variance but the taste is average, you should work more on a real taste instead of just variety. I hope you take this feedback as a real customer experience. Families travel to create unforgettable memories and spend valuable time together, so please make sure those memories are good ones.

We loved everything—the food was superb, and the kids really enjoyed the hotel's attractions. We especially loved the sunset quad bike tour! It was absolutely amazing; the kids are already asking to come back and do it again. The hotel is very clean, and the restaurant staff are efficient and quick to clear tables. It’s also great that Ukrainian is understood at the hotel. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Our arrival was well organized. We arrived just before 2:00 PM and were very happy to be checked in early, without having to wait long. The hotel staff was very friendly and polite, and the service was excellent. The food was excellent, including the aqua park, bars, and street food. The hotel is completely geared toward families with children; our children absolutely loved their stay at our hotel. The aqua park exceeded all expectations, with a huge number of slides for every age and desire. The sea is gorgeous, with plenty of fish right off the shore. We took excursions and were thrilled. We went to the market, haggled, and got a half-price discount. The hotel grounds are vast, and we really liked the fact that we could use the neighboring Aqua Blue Hotel, making our vacation even more active and interesting. At the Aqua Park, we didn't just relax, we also had the opportunity to exercise, as this is definitely the hotel to stay at. We even rode the extreme slides, and that was a blast. In general, I highly recommend visiting the Pikalbatros Aqua Park for active recreation enthusiasts! There's truly something for everyone to do there. We actually looked at reviews of the hotel on the website before arriving, and everyone's reviews are honest, so we decided to share our impressions.
