Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort Sharm El-Sheikh

Let’s start the review with the staff. In a hotel, the staff plays a crucial role, and here, every department performs its job perfectly. You begin to feel warmth, courtesy, and attentiveness from the very first second of your arrival. Our flight from Yerevan arrived late, yet we were welcomed warmly and upgraded to a higher room category than the one we had booked—a very pleasant surprise! We stayed in room 8304, which was cozy, clean, and featured two separate rooms divided by a door. Housekeeping was provided daily, with regular changes of bed linens and towels. The furniture, while not brand new, was in good condition. The minibar was stocked with water and coffee. The food was excellent, and the friendliness of the restaurant staff was another major plus. There was a wide and varied selection of dishes, including plenty of meat and fish options. Drinks were also available in the restaurant. Lunch is served at the Soprano restaurant and in the food court, both of which feature grill stations. The soups were delicious. Lunch is available at all the hotel’s restaurants. The amusement park at the hotel is simply fantastic; it would have been even better if we had brought our children, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. In the evenings, the amusement park offers cotton candy, popcorn, and ice cream. The water park is beautiful and impressive—though we didn’t go on the rides ourselves (not quite our age group!), it was fun to watch the other guests enjoying them. Although the sea is a bit of a distance away, the beach area is excellent with easy entry into the water; plus, the view of the Old City is stunning, and the vista from the top—accessible via an elevator—is truly breathtaking. There is plenty of entertainment at the hotel, though it wasn’t something we personally took advantage of. The bars offer a large selection of locally produced alcoholic beverages, all of which we enjoyed.

Great hotel with amazing staff! The reception team made us feel welcome from the first moment. They were always smiling, helpful and attentive to our requests. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job! Our room was cleaned daily, towels were changed regularly, and everything was spotless. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort Sharm El Sheikh! The reception staff were very friendly, professional and always ready to help. Check-in was quick and smooth. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping our room perfectly clean every day. Everything was fresh, tidy and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

We came to Pickalbatros Aquq Park with my partand son for a week in October. The hotel is huge however not busy. We never had a problem getting a sun bed in a prime spot. The bar staff were always on the ball; bringing us a drink before we evrn had a chance to lay ourvtowel down. The animation team were very friendly and always smiling without being over friendly. There was always a good variety of food available from chicken nuggets to beef wellington (which was amazing). The Aqua Blue is just a 3 minute walk away where you can use all of their facilities (pools, slides, food, drink and entertainment) All in all it was a very enjoyable holiday.
