Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort Sharm El-Sheikh

We visited the Aqua Park for a day trip from our own hotel and we weren't disappointed. The children (6 and 4) absolutely loved it! There was enough to do for them both. Plenty of seating for the adults and tasty food. A very very special thank you to the life guard Ahmed Hamza who was incredible with our 2 children. He was working on the small tornado which my children loved. They went on it continously for about an hour! He was engaging, friendly, had a really lovely manor with the children and made their experience absolutely unforgettable! My two thought he was great and so did we! Thank you so much for keeping our children safe and happy Ahmed! Pickalbatros Aqua Park - Sharm El Sheikh are very very lucky to have you!

My partner and I had a wonderful week here. In addition to the many activities available at the hotel, the food was also very diverse and delicious. The staff were especially friendly and attentive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely fantastic Easter holiday at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. I travelled with my son and the resort was perfect for us — loads to do, brilliant atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff throughout our stay. The weather at Easter was ideal too: hot and sunny every day, but not unbearably hot, which made it perfect for enjoying the pools and exploring. The water slides were amazing and kept us entertained for hours every day. The free VR arcade was also a huge hit and such a nice surprise — not something you normally expect included at a resort! The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and every member of staff we met was welcoming, helpful and always smiling. A very special mention has to go to our housekeeping attendant, Moataz, who was absolutely fantastic. Our room was spotless every single day and he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was genuinely friendly, always cheerful, and created brilliant towel sculptures and designs for us every day which my son loved coming back to see. Small touches like that really make a holiday special. We also booked some excursions while we were there which were all incredible value and highly recommended. The overnight climb of Mount Sinai to watch the sunrise from the top was unforgettable. We also did a boat trip to Ras Mohamed National Park, went parasailing, and loved every minute of it. Overall, this was one of the best holidays we’ve had together and we would happily return. Brilliant resort, brilliant staff and amazing memories made. Highly recommended!

Just had another two weeks here this has been our 3d stay the place is a must please to visit the rooms are clean & tidy there is lots of food to choose from and the staff can’t do enough for you . Probably could do with a little more entertainment at night tho
