Everything was perfect, the reception staff were always helpful.

There was a lot of building work going on and only the royal pool was opened I understand the spa is in the middle of being refurbished and although good treatments felt a little like there could be more privacy in the spa. The staff work very hard and the meals were okay there didn’t seem to be much variety. I did seem to get bitten a lot all over my body even using mossie repellant and there was a lot of flies around especially by the pool and at meal times. There was no air conditioning in the bungalows and there could have been easier access to a pool bar and more information about the fact that you were also able to use the facilities at the luxury resort as well this was not made clear until I found the only other English speaking couple on the last day otherwise an extremely high proportion of the guests were Russian. Alex the taxi driver from the hotel was also very good.

last week i was in Egypt (sharm el sheikh) and spent 8 days in this lovely hotel. the staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is just a happy place, i miss it already. the animation team were so fun and kept me and my sister engaged the whole week! the place is very clean and well looked after with lovely food, no bad comments from me🫶🏼🫶🏼

We had a fantastic holiday. The hotel is beautiful, it has a private beach with great snorkeling. Lots of bars and restaurants. The restaurants you could book were really good and the portions very generous. The pool was fun during the days with plenty of activities going on and the entertainment team made the days really fun and inclusive. The same for the evenings. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to ensure we gad a great time. My children aged 10 and 14 absolutely loved it and were not once bored. The rooms are clean and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming 🙏 special thanks to Marko and Gamal who made the trip especially fun!
