From the minute we walked in absolute heaven nothing was too much trouble was waited on hand and foot all the staff were so polite and helpful would recommend this resort 100% you won’t be disappointed absolutely spotless can not say a bad word Room 2036 roebucks

Me and my partner have just arrived home from staying at this beautiful hotel! I want to start by giving a massive shout out to the staff - they are all amazing! They work long hours, weeks and weeks with no breaks! I seen a lot of staff member there from morning to night, and back again and breakfast to when we went to bed, i was concerned as to how much of a break they did have especially with the heat! The staff is what makes this hotel what it is. The only thing that let it down for me is the food. I was sick all week i was there (i only ate at the hotel) and this really spoiled the holiday as i had booked and paid for excursions to lost quite a bit of money. With this being said, i’d definitely consider coming back! Also a shoutout to the cleaner who made us laugh everyday with the towel creations (even a chicken hanging off the ceiling), little things like this makes the holiday what it is!

From the beautiful resort and excellent facilities to the outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you goes to the incredible animation team – Omar, Felix, Ibrahim, and Marvin. Their energy, enthusiasm, and friendliness made every day fun and memorable. They worked tirelessly to ensure guests were entertained and included, and they really helped create such a fantastic atmosphere throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Hany from room service, who consistently provided exceptional service and made sure our room was always spotless and comfortable. Another huge thank you to Mahmood and Nagah from the drinks team. Their warm smiles, excellent service, and attention to detail made every visit to the bars and restaurants a pleasure. They always went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The entire team at the hotel made us feel valued and cared for, and their dedication is what made this holiday so special. We cannot recommend Pickalbatros Laguna Vista highly enough and are already looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you all for making our stay the best ever!
