Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Hotel - Sharm El Sheikh

Just home from our 3rd visit to Laguna. This hotel is exceptional we truly love it. Staff are amazing and truly do go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. Massive shout out to Felix and Yusef from the entertainment team always happy,helpful and ready to chat. A massive thank you to Ahmed (capitano lifeguard), Mahmoud Ahmed and Mahmoud Mahfouz who did and always do make our vacation extra special. Food is plentifull always something to eat we ate at the Golden Buddha Al A Carte for our daughters birthday food was amazing. Evening entertainment was on par best we have seen in the 3 times we have been. Big shout out to our cleaner we stayed in room 4120. (didn't get his name😞). Always friendly and made some fabulous towel art especially on the day of our daughters birthday. I could go on forever this hotel is truly special to us. All staff are truly amazing and always on hand to help. When we first went 3 years ago we started off as strangers but have made some lovely friends who are truly in our hearts. Thank you to all staff especially the ones who have been named who made our vacation extra special even more so when my husband became poorly. Untill the next time we meet again. Keyse family

This is our second visit coming to this hotel, it’s absolutely beautiful, we love it here! The breakfast is lovely great option for everyone and fresh omelets, freshly baked bread and croissants and fruit 😋 The beach bar for lunch is amazing, if you have a sweet tooth the crepes and waffles that are cooked fresh are lush!! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel so welcomed, nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so happy and welcoming!! After visiting for the second time a lot of the staff members remembered us which was so lovely 🥰 A huge thank you to the best bar man “Mohamed Desoky” he works so so hard made us feel so welcomed and such a happy polite man, thank you Mo!! The surfing man, such a polite happy soul! Now the life guards are unreal they work so hard and have there eyes every where making sure all your children are safe around and in the pool!! The locations is great if you want to have a mooch around shops or restaurants. Egypt and this hotel you have our hearts we can’t wait to come back next year.

2nd time This was my second visit to this hotel, and once again, it felt like returning home. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We stayed in one of the spacious bungalows, which boasted stunning garden views and a large outdoor area. Special thanks to Felix from the entertainment team and Mohammed Anter, whose dedication to his work, surfing skills, and attentive care for guests truly stood out. I also want to express my gratitude to Mohammed Homos, a manager who kindly sent a feast of food and drinks to my son while he was confined to the room and couldn't go out. This stay was unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service and genuine hospitality.

This is my second stay at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, and there truly aren't enough words to describe how wonderful it is. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and the property is spacious and well maintained. Most importantly, the entire team is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to accommodate their guests' needs. I would like to give special thanks to Mohamed Homos, Mohamed Gamal at the reception, and the entire staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had an issue with our room because we were traveling with a baby and a stroller, and accessibility was difficult. As soon as we explained the situation, they immediately arranged a room change without hesitation. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a huge difference. I can't thank them enough for the exceptional hospitality they showed my family. This is exactly what true guest service should look like. I can honestly say that every time I come to Egypt for vacation, this will always be my hotel of choice. Thank you for another unforgettable stay!

Great holiday the hotel have all the time food and drinks every where in reception,at the pool and at the beach,the have several pools and great aqua park the beach is little rocky but u can make snorkeling the rooms are spacious and enough for families but the facilities are far from each other there is bus every 10 mins to take you to the beach from reception
