Pickalbatros Laguna Vista Hotel - Sharm El Sheikh

I checked-In hotel 1/6 and checked-Out 4/6 I faced many troubles since arrival but we could overcome it. First day of arrival, we missed lunch and only had dinner at Soprano restaurant. Me and my son suffered stomach pain and we tried to overcome by medicine. Next day 2/6 we went to Aqua Park and spent 2 hours but my son case became worse and worse. We came back to room where my son suffered from fever, diarrhea and vomiting. Next day 3/6 no improvement to my son case so we went to hotel clinic as shown in attachments. The doctor there and pharmacist were very supportive to us. They gave him injection and medicine to stop vomitting and came back to room as he needed rest. Last night was also horrible for me and I suffered fever, body pain, headache and left hotel as fast as I can to be able to go to Cairo for treatment. I went to hotel with my family to enjoy before traveling abroad but unfortunately I spent worst trip in my life and came back sick… All days inside room or on way to pharmacy or clinic. Hotel should give high tension to food hygiene and pool hygiene. I need also to highlight very big mistake, AC fans inside room directed toward beds which is not healthy. I visited many hotels before in Sharm and Hurghada, but never faced such situations or very bad welcome starting from security. This will be last visit to me to PickAlbatros hotels.

The hotel is very nice....staff are very supportive...everything is well managed.... rooms....restaurants....services. 5 stars to the hotel staff ,they do there job perfectly

I only stayed here 1 day but they knew I'd had 11 holidays in sharm el sheik so gave a free upgrade to a penthouse suite and treated me like a VIP guest All staff very polite friendly and professional food fantastic and 24 hour all inclusive I will definitely be going again

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the animation team — they were absolutely fantastic! The animators created such a fun and positive atmosphere every day. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special. We would definitely love to come back again!
